SHIPPING DELAYS SHOULD BE EXPECTED which we have no control over! USPS continues to experience delivery delays due to staffing shortages and volume of packages – this will only get worse as we get closer to the holidays – ORDER EARLY. Packages will require double the time that Etsy ‘estimates’ for the transit of packages. I'm in Hawaii and that already adds 2-3 days extra. Thank you for your continued patience and kind understanding.
CURRENT PRODUCTION TIME: 5-10 days, so plan accordingly, every order is custom, and made-to-order, and orders are processed in the order received.

RETURNS: Large orders and custom orders are subject to 25% restocking fee. Please choose knob carefully! If you're not sure, order just one pair. Shipping is not refundable.
Not sure if the knobs are perfect for your house? Then I recommend you order 1 pair, install them, and see! If they are not right, then you can return them with only a 25% restocking fee.
International buyers, you are responsible for any import taxes, VAT, or other taxes that may be charged by your customs division. Always allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.
IMPORTANT! Please take a minute to read the easy installation instructions provided with your order. If you do not follow the instructions you may torque or screw it too tightly causing the stones to come off.
FOR DESIGNERS:
I have had some good experiences with designers and some bad. Please allow adequate time for custom orders to be made, as they are almost all made-to-order. Requests for overnight shipments will not be accepted I only ship USPS, lessons learned.... A 20% restocking fee will apply to ALL purchases, and if Items are received back damaged they will be returned to you with no refund. Please choose carefully, if you're not sure, order one pair.
Buyer Error/Shoppers Remorse:
1) Buyer is responsible for shipping both ways when a buyer error occurs. For example you choose the wrong color.....
2) A 25% restocking fee is charged for returns on a buyer error or buyer's remorse. This covers making a new set to the customers order and the possibility I cannot resell that set.
You can exchange knobs or pulls within 14 days of receipt, they must be received and inspected for original condition before any refund is issued, A 25% restocking fee will/ may be charged for all returns larger than 2 pairs, unless otherwise waived by seller.
Return orders should be packaged in bubble wrap or some material that will prevent damage during return, and boxed (not envelope). Damage or loss during return is buyers responsibility. Shipping to and from customers is non-refundable.

5 out of 5 starsI originally ordered 2 just to turn the lights on and off, but I just bought 2 more to replace the knobs that adjust the fan speed because they look so good! The craftsmanship in beautiful, shipped quickly, packaged with care, and I loved the themed bags the knobs came in. They feel great in the hand and look so good, they made me lament how plain my fan unit was in comparison to the knobs. Will definitely buy from again in the future when I do some more little renovations around the house. Thank you so much, Mike!

I had posts with artist, I thought pic in posting showed a complete full round piece of agate, it’s a flat round piece of agate, don’t read it wrong as I did. Very happy with purchase. Packaged well and good communication Highly recommend. Will always wish I could get one that draws you to site, but Mother Nature and timing decided that beauty belongs in someone else’s home

After being laid off three years ago (for the first time in my life) I found I had a lot of time on my hands and was home all day driving my wife nuts! She wanted to spruce up our kitchen and asked me to make some stone cabinet knobs because she couldn't find what she was looking for on Etsy (or they were too expensive).
She was thrilled with them and opened me up my own Etsy shop (she has four of her own Etsy shops)
I have had a few contract jobs since them but am once again unemployed. Until I can find a good full time position I am going to give it my best shot to make KnuckleheadKnobs a full time job and give my dark cloud a silver lining.
It's so amazing just what some new hardware can do to a kitchen, bathroom, or piece of furniture. It's an instant makeover without the hassles of painting or ripping out your whole kitchen!

Increase your home value, by simply replacing knobs and pulls on your existing cabinets! For about the same prices as a store bought knob/pull, you can have custom made unique works of nature!
Knobs and pulls look great in kitchens and bathrooms, laundry rooms and pantries, or on existing furniture like chest of drawers, closet doors, sideboards, buffets, TV cabinets, and hall closets!
If you make furniture or just love to buy vintage pieces and re-do them, the knobs are the perfect finishing touch to any piece!

Important Installation Instructions!
Installation is easy, you just need a flat head screwdriver.
IMPORTANT!!! Read the installation instructions in the screw package - if you do not screw them in from the back and try to twist them on from the front, you WILL pop off the stone/shell/object! That is your error, not mine.....
So please read the installation card which also has a diagram/picture.
Designers
I appreciate designers! However, designers don't typically install the knobs and I've had issues with the designers installers not reading the installation instructions.
If you're not sure your client will like the knobs, order just one pair and get their approval. All knobs and pulls are considered custom orders as they are made to order. If you return them, you will incur a 25% restocking fee as I'm now stuck with a large batch of knobs - that was meant for your customer....
If you have questions, please convo me - I'm happy to work with designers.
Sizing details
Knobs will fit on most any single hole drawer. If your drawer is especially thick, the standard screw I send may not be long enough. This is not a problem, it's a common size and you can get a longer one at any hardware store. Just let them know you need 8/32 size, and the length. Standard length I send is 1", so you may need 1.25", 1.5", or even 2".
Drawer pulls are standard 3" length. Most drawers have holes 3" apart. If yours is not 3", then my pulls will not work. I am able to do custom sizes, but please convo me about this. The pulls listed cannot be customized as they are already affixed to the base.
Knobs and pulls are 3/4" away from the drawer - this is standard.

Wholesale may be available for a brick and mortar store or cabinet/furniture maker. Please convo me.
Wholesale is not available to designers - I know what you charge your clients for knobs/pulls and you're making a killing!
VAT TAXES - Please Read BEFORE buying!
If you live in the UK or Europe, you will most likely be charged VAT tax on your order.
This is not my fault, it's what your government chooses to do and I have no control over it. The buyer is responsible for all VAT taxes.
Please be advised, your postal carrier will probably leave a post office pick up slip as they want you to pay the VAT tax - which can be more than you paid for the item....
If you do not pick up your package and it is returned, I will refund you for the item, but not for the postage.
We will do our best on this end, but cannot guarantee you will be VAT free.
RETURNS!
Every order is made to order. If you are not sure the knobs will work for your project, order one pair only. Install them, see if you like them. If not return them and I will refund you for the knobs. Postage is non-refundable.
Returns on Large orders will incur a 25% restocking fee, as I am now stuck with knobs you ordered for your specific project and I may have difficulty reselling them.
Please keep this in mind....and try one pair.
