Accepted payment methods
Where applicable I will use flat rate boxes, if this provides the most economical means of shipping. Package for larger items will be shipped Parcel Post.
I provide insurance on vintage jewelry, glassware, and vintage houseware items. Should it be necessary to make a claim, it will be the responsibility of the buyer to handle that process.
Additional policies and FAQs
Please contact me prior to ordering regarding the style, color, number of pairs, and the date of the event when they are needed, so I can be sure of having adequate materials.
Please note: This is for multiples of existing styles, where no changes are requested.

I would advise ordering at least 4 weeks in advance for weddings. For those ordering holiday gifts, my last day of shipping gift items will be December 12th, or the last business day prior to the 12th, if it is on a week end day.
Allow 6 weeks. Some time will be needed to consult with you on what you want.
Once details are established and approved by you, I will begin sourcing materials. Suppliers shipping to me may take over 2 weeks, depending on location, and especially if they are outside the USA. I will need time to work on your item(s), and there will be time needed to ship your order to you.
I consider the following to be custom orders:
1. A request for a color or brand of bead that I do not carry for an existing style I list.
2. A request for a style, type, or color of findings that I do not use in my current designs.
3. A request for any modification to a current design.
4. A request for a new design.
**I retain the ownership of any modifications or new designs I create.
By placing an order with me, you agree to these terms.
Before I can give you a price you must:
-Confirm the color(s), size(s), shape(s), and if applicable, brand of beads you want
-Confirm the style, type, color, and if applicable, brand of findings you want.
-Confirm your approval of the design, whether a modification to an existing design or completely new design
-Confirm the number of items you need
Once I know these things, I can begin shopping for components.
When I give you a price, I will require a deposit of 1/2 the amount quoted. This is not refundable. I will set up a special listing for this, and will only accept payment by Paypal. I will not begin ordering materials till payment is received. The special listing will be good for 1 week after it is posted, after which I will remove it, and consider the order cancelled.
**Please note, I do not ship samples or prototypes.
Be sure of the date by which you need to receive your order. I recommend that this be at least a week before the event when you need it.
When your product is completed, I will notify you and set up a special listing for the remaining amount owed on the order. I will not ship till payment is received, and will only accept payment through Paypal. This listing will be good for 1 week from the time it is posted. If it is not used, and the client is a no show, I will consider the order cancelled, and will retain the finished product.
Your item will be shipped in the appropriate size flat rate box, There will be tracking and insurance provided. Should it be necessary to file an insurance claim, this will be the responsibility of the buyer.
