    Announcement    **Welcome to kohlcass at the etsy! My illustrations of bunnies, mean kitties and the like are drawn using pen and a wash of oil pastel. An A6 card measures 6 x 4 inches or 105 mm by 148 mm approximately. The cardstock I use has a gorgeous slightly textured rippled finish and is approx. 230 gsm, allowing me to paint on it. The matching envelope is approx. 120 gsm.

    Welcome to kohlcass at teh etsy! I illustrate purely as a hobby - no two cards in my shop will ever be the same since I draw and colour everything by hand. And no bunnies or kitties will starve if you don't buy my cards!

    Returns and exchanges
    If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact me within 5 days of receiving your item. Full refund for items shipped back in original packaging. The cost of the return shipping is your responsibility.
    Payment
    I only accept payments via Paypal. If Paypal informs me your eCheck has not been cleared yet, I may ship your items earlier if you have good buyer feedback.

    For buyers without a Paypal account:
    Click the Paypal button when you go through checkout and keep an eye out for the link to pay with your credit card! On the lower left there is a small link that says 'pay by credit card'. You won't necessarily need to sign up for an account but will be given the opportunity to do so.

    Shipping
    Note I offer free international shipping on most of my older items since I have tons of padded envelopes ready for reuse. If I do happen to run out of old envelopes I will include an envelope angel (see www.envelopeangel.co.uk) so that you will be able to reuse the envelope yourself.

    And one more thing! If your country is not listed in the "Ships to" list and you are interested in a particular product, send me a message and I will add shipping destinations accordingly. Otherwise, I would be happy to refund for actual shipping costs.

    Interested in an art piece? Buyers from Malta will benefit from free delivery! If, on the other hand, you are an international buyer, send me a message (know as "convo"), I will reserve the item and we'll work out the best shipping method prior to purchase.     All items are made in a smoke-free environment. I do have two cats, but I take great care to keep my cards away from them. If you have allergies, however, I cannot guarantee that any given item will not be an irritant.
