It's been difficult to personalize the pdf that Kirsten sent me. She doesn't have clear instructions on her purchase on how to personalize the pdf (bicycle party signs/posters...etc.). I have emailed her various times to ask for her help and she has very vague instructions like, "Open Powerpoint and sometimes it has you choose the slide you want to import..." It's extremely difficult to get the correct slide from the multiple paged pdf and Kirstin is either unable or unwilling to provide instructions on how to personalize this. I asked her if she could send me a video tutorial or step-by-step instructions and she has not done so. The design is useless without personalization, so this is a step that I would encourage you not to overlook. I paid $15-$20 for a design that is unworkable without personalization.

Love this bunny birthday set and can't wait to start printing everything and putting it together for my daughter's first birthday in December!
