I have some sample card from a new supplier. i feel it is okay. I have ordered a large batch of card from them that should keep supplies up for a while. So hopefully, at least for a few months, there will be no issues with me lacking materials.

Due to lockdowns al of my usual sources of card stock are sold out. I have other blank card here I can use, however it isn't as smooth as my usual card. I will use this card until I can find another source of better card.

I don't think I can do this any more. The cards and stickers do not make any money. Since I have been selling them they have only ever made a loss.

This year I was made redundant from work due to covid in October. I had to sign up for universal credits benefits and because I sell cards they have been giving me a hard time. They are encouraging me to stop selling because it is not able to support me and affects my benefits. Getting more and more upset and depressed every time they call and I am forced to listen to their patronising replies to my attempts to find work or make anything from my art.

I have been monitoring my cards and stickers income and expenditure since August and I am currently at a £221 loss. Maybe employment services are right. Maybe my drawings are not good enough to be cards? Maybe I am delusional that I can ever sell my worthless artwork? I really need to give up. If sales do not pick up, I will be forced to stop selling on Etsy and Amazon.

I have decided to, after the 21st, raise prices to around £3. I cannot do £2.50 any more. Especially with international orders where 1 to 4 card orders cost £2.50 to send. Most people only select one card meaning international orders are a big loss, it's worse than giving cards away.
