Hi,
We are two siblings Nalan & Nihan and we have been running Sisters & Stories since 2009 in Istanbul, Turkey.
Sisters & Stories is family brand of handmade products and we work together with our mom. On our journey, our mom has a key role for the brand. She has been knitting for over 40 years. We used to watch our mother made berets and scarfs for us and today we all doing the same together as a business. All products are expression of our vintage inspired styling.
We love to make berets, headbands, scarves and gloves. Beside our hand knitted creations, we sell handmade necklaces, collars and also accessories for home in our store.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Returns and exchange details
If you would like to return your purchase, please contact me in a 7 days after you received your package. I accept returns which are not been damaged or used. I refund you the cost after the item has arrived back.
Shipping costs are non-refundable for an returned package.

Etsy keeps your payment information secure. Etsy shops never receive your credit card information.
Shipping
Orders will be shipped by Turkish Post Registered Mail and shipment tracking number information will be sent to you via message. I will ship to the address that you write at Etsy check out.
After the shipment date, the delivery time is 10 - 15 days to Europe and 2 - 5 weeks to the rest of the world.
I will combine shipping cost on multiple purchases.
