Payment
Due to the limited edition nature of most products, payment is to be made immediately at the time of purchase via PayPal.

If after 3 days payment is not received and no communication is received regarding your order and/or payment, we will cancel the sale to recoup our fees. Thanks for your understanding and prompt payments!
Shipping
INFO FOR DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

* eCHECKS: If you pay via PayPal eCheck, that works for us. But we will not ship until the eCheck clears, which is usually 3-5 business days.

* PACKAGING: We ship in sturdy shipping tubes so that your prints arrive safely and in mint condition, with delivery confirmation included for domestic US orders. If your order is for 10 or prints or posters, however, then we do ship flat and well protected.

* SHIPPING ADDRESSES: Don't forget to double check your listed mailing address. If your address in your Etsy OR your PayPal profile is incorrect, please let us know ASAP and we will make sure that your order is shipped to your best & most recent address. If your PayPal and Etsy address do not match, we will attempt to contact you to get the proper address. If we haven't heard from you in a couple days, we will ship your purchases to your ETSY invoice address as the default, provided at the time of purchase, unless you let us know otherwise. We of course just want you to get your stuff, in the fastest time possible.

* INSURANCE: Insurance is automatically added to items $100 or more. If you would like insurance added to your order, please contact us at the time of purchase and we can let you know how much more it will be and arrange for payment.

INFO FOR DOMESTIC / US CUSTOMERS: 

* Unless otherwise requested, we ship via USPS Priority.

* An email with your Delivery Confirmation number will be sent once we've shipped your order. We ship within 5 business days, though usually much much sooner. Delivery Confirmation is included for all US orders. 

* We are happy to do expedited shipping w/in the US via FedEx or USPS. Contact us ahead of time if you prefer expedited shipping.

INFO FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: 

1) We gladly ship anywhere in the world! 

2) International orders are shipped via First Class International (USPS) which at this time, offers no tracking. We cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost once they leave the US. However if you would like an upgrade to Priority or Global International please feel free to inquire about the costs. We will only charge for the actual postage, but be aware that the USPS pricing for our shipping tubes starts at $24 US.

3) Please note: International customers are responsible for any and/or all Customs fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping & purchasing to their respective countries, should they be assessed. Most country's Customs agencies open and/or assess fees to a random selection of packages. Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country's tax regulations. We have no way of calculating how much these fees would be, should they occur, and we are not responsible for those charges. For any additional information please refer to your local customs agency.
Refunds and Exchanges
Should you unfortunately require a refund:

1) Returns and/or exchanges are processed on a case-by-case-basis and are available for damaged goods due to shipping only. 

- If your print(s) arrives damaged, we will ask you to take a photograph and return it to us in the original packing if at all possible. Exchanges on damaged items must be returned within 7 days of arrival. 

2) Exchanges for clothing are for a request in change of size only.
- Exchanged clothing should not be worn except for the purpose of trying them on.
3) Returns will not be accepted due to customs taxes, fees or duties.

4) All return shipping fees and postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
