3. CONFIRM your custom designs when you receive your proofs via an Etsy convo. (I will work with you until we get the proof just the way you want it!)
4. ENJOY giving a truly unique and impressive gift!
*****NORMAL TURNAROUND TIME*****
Due to the customization required for each print, please allow enough time for design of proofs, approval of proofs and printing. Turnaround times can vary during busy seasons, but usually allow at least 3-5 days for design of proofs, approval of proofs and printing.

A little bit about Kona B. Designs
Hello! Thanks for stopping by. My name is Mindy Walker. I am the photographer and designer behind Kona B. Designs. Kona B. Designs began in 2010, after I created an alphabet photo print for my parent's 50th wedding anniversary. The design went over so well, I started looking into ways to sell my prints online. And, I found Etsy!
I named my shop after my dog...Kona Bear, a 95 lb goldendoodle. :-)
I feel so fortunate to have a business that lets me fulfill my need to be creative. I now see "letters" wherever I go, even when I'm not really hunting for them. :-) The greatest pleasure I get from my job is hearing how much someone loved receiving one of my prints.

Shop policies
I feature custom, one-of-a-kind prints using photos taken from things you see everyday that resemble letters of the alphabet and arrange them to form the word of your choice. My photo art makes a great gift for the new bride and groom, the new homeowner, anniversaries, baby's nursery, or for anyone who likes fun, unique wall art!
Accepted payment methods
Returns and exchanges

I don't accept cancellations
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
If any item arrives to you damaged, please contact me right away and I will do everything I can to fix the problem as quickly as possible.
Payment
E-checks may take one week or more to clear through Paypal, so please allow plenty of time if you choose to pay this way.
Once your order is placed, proofs will be sent to you via an Etsy convo. Please make sure your email in Etsy is correct since that is where you will receive notice that you have an Etsy convo to read. Please review your proof carefully to ensure that the design, spelling, color and fonts are exactly how you want them. Once your proof is approved, your artwork will be created exactly as it is shown in the proof. If you have not confirmed/approved your proof within 7 days, I will choose for you and proceed with the printing and shipping of the item.
Shipping
I ship USPS First Class or Priority mail within the US, and First Class to Canada and other International destinations. Priority Mail usually takes 2-3 days, but the USPS does not guarantee this, therefore I can't guarantee 2-3 days, but that is the norm. International First Class shipping times can vary, so please allow sufficient time if you want the package shipped to an International address. Buyer is responsible for any customs fees on international orders.
