AN IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT NEW ORDERS PLEASE READ:
Due to the increase of orders, we want new customers to know ahead of time that ship time will be 6 - 8 weeks. We feel blessed that you all love our work and appreciate our products enough to shop with us. In order to continue making our products to the high quality standards that we refuse to compromise on, we must take our time making orders and not rush. Custom work takes time. This is not just a job for us. We really love what we do and appreciate the fact that you want to shop with us enough to do a great job and make your items correctly and beautiful.

Ship Time
We are a company that takes pride in our work and the products that we make. We do not rush making our products and never will. We are methodical OCD perfectionist and proud of it. Our ship time is a solid 6-8 weeks from the date of purchase. On rare occasions we do work with people to try to get them their order by a certain date before the stated ship time if it is something important and the customer really needs it. (Just had a lady that needed her shade 1 week before the were due to ship because she really wanted them to be there for her daughter's confirmation) She told me this ahead of time and we worked her in. That being said, many people email me making up reasons why they need their order more and faster than other customers just because they do not want to wait. Please do not do that.
Returns and exchanges
We strive to create the perfect home decor products that you have dreamed of for your home. Due to the nature of our business and that most of our products are custom made to order, we do not refund purchases. We are very careful not to make mistakes and to take our time to make every order to our extremely high standards. That being said, we are human and things do happen every once and a while that slip by even us. If you ever have any problems and feel like something needs to be corrected please feel free to email us, we will correct the problem and make it right.

Fabric flaws: We accept responsibility for and replace fabric if it is fabric that we provided and charged you for and it is flawed. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR FABRIC FLAWS IN FABRICS THAT YOU PURCHASE AND HAVE SENT TO US OR SEND US YOURSELF.

Order cancellations: If your order is canceled and we have already started on your products / cut your fabric or made your products, we will not replace the fabric by paying you the money you paid for it. If it is a fabric we have in stock, we will send you replacement fabric. If it is not a fabric we have in stock we reserve the right to send your order or replace the money you paid for the fabric, whichever we deem most appropriate at the time.
Shipping
Most of our items are shipped Fedex ground. We have found them to be the most reliable with transporting our products and not damaging them during transportation. We urge you to use Fedex when shipping your fabric to us as we have had several ups packages go missing.
