Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details
Damage Returns:

If you receive an item that is damaged please contact me immediately. All damages must be reported within 72 hours after receiving your order so we can make a claim with the shipper and arrange for an exchange. Damaged items must be received back at Konkada within 14 days of delivery in order to be eligible for credit.

Returns for Exchange:

Exchanges for another item will be considered but not guaranteed if an item truly doesn’t meet descriptions or a pattern variation is desired. Exchange requests must be made within 72 hours of receipt of the order AND received by Konkada within 14 days of accepting the request for return/exchange.

Custom, made to order, personalized, and sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

To be eligible for exchange credit, all items returned must be in the same, new and unused condition as they were originally shipped. Return shipment must be by an insured method with tracking for your protection.

Return for exchange shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Konkada is only responsible for return shipping on damaged items.
Items will be shipped within 2-5 business days given all items are in stock. Items are primarily shipped through USPS with a tracking number. UPS ground may be used in certain circumstances. Please contact me if you would like to use another shipping method.

Unsuccessful delivery attempts are subject to re-delivery charges.

Local picks ups are available daily, Monday through Friday.

Note that out of country shipments sent with the First Class International option are NOT insured and tracking is not guaranteed once outside the U.S. Konkada is not responsible for lost shipments outside of the country. Please choose an insured international method if you do not want to assume the risk of loss.

Note that out of country shipments sent with the First Class International option are NOT insured and often Konkada cannot see full tracking details once outside the United States. Konkada is unable to make tracking inquiries or loss claims with a foreign postal system when it’s shipped First Class Internaional. The buyer assumes responsibility for lost shipments outside of the United States. First Class International is a more affordable option, but please choose an insured international method if you do not want to assume the risk of loss and/or want guaranteed tracking to the destination.

Colors may differ slightly from photos due to variations in device screen/display settings and lighting differences. If precise color matching is important, never hesitate to contact me before ordering for additional pictures or information.
