Sorry to report negative feedback, but this was a thoroughly unpleasant transaction. Received the dress in very different condition than had been described: worn, fragile, stained, smelly! When I complained about very inadequate pictures and description, the seller offered to give me a refund if I returned the dress, which I then did, only to have seller inform me that I would be paying for the return myself (after I had already sent it). I know it's techinically seller's right to decide, but I think it would have been in better keeping with Etsy merchant fairness to share the expense, especially given the fact that seller was entirely to blame for the cancellation of the purchase. Seller was very brusque and impolite throughout. Will not be renewing my custom here!

All regular orders will be shipped within 2 to 5 business days with the exception of special requests.

Please send us a message if your shipping address and your paypal address are different.

-International Shipping:
Regular orders: We ship via registered airmail and give a tracking number to you.The package will arrive to your adress 2 to 3 weeks later, but sometimes it takes longer.
You can check the package with tracking number at your local post office when your package arrives to your country.

*For International shipments, the buyer is responsible for all customs and duty charges. Please note that we do do not have any control over Customs fees and Duties, you must contact your local Customs Office for charges. Packages can be held at your local Customs Offices for days or weeks before the notice is sent out to you. We don't have any control over this. Please check with your local Customs Offices if you don't receive your package in normal delivery time to avoid any delay.

*All buyers are responsible for all shipping, returns and exchange shipping fees unless the merchandise has been mistakenly shipped.
Refunds and Exchanges
-Return your item:
We do take returns if item is wrong. You will be refunded full price, (not including re-shipping cost), as soon as we receive the item back.

-Wrong item:
If you receive the wrong item, please email us within 3 days of receiving your item. We will refund your payment. You must pay re-shipping cost. Please make sure that the item is in original condition and perfume free before you ship it out back to me. Otherwise we will reject the return and you have to pay for the shipping fee to ship it back to you.
