By default, I use Australia Post - Regular parcel post. Visit the Australia Post website for all information on their services, at www.auspost.com.au
If you would like your item(s) posted via Express post or Registered post, then additional charges will apply. Please contact me for these.
Note: Items made from wood will take longer to arrive simply because they need to process through Customs. The time this takes seems to vary, dependent on country. I have had items take almost one month to arrive in Singapore, and then within two weeks on some occasions to arrive in the US... but this is not guaranteed. I can only share my past experience with you. I have no control over this.
All prices quoted in item listings are for Airmail only, which DOES NOT include tracking or insurance. Further information relevant to your country can be found on the Australia Post website, at www.auspost.com.au
I - unfortunately - have no control over any postal system. Once I post a parcel I cannot be responsible for any uninsured or lost items.
Refunds and Exchanges
From experience, I understand that online shopping doesn't always turn out as expected. If you find that you are not happy with your item(s), please contact me immediately. From here we can arrange for the item(s) to be returned within 7 days of you receiving them. The item(s) MUST be returned as new (unsoiled, undamaged, unused and in original condition and packaging) and YOU will need to cover the additional postage costs (for both returning the item, and for any new or re-orders).
I personally check all items before I personally package and dispatch them. In the unlikely event that your item is damaged, please contact me immediately.
As stated in the Shipping Policy, I cannot be responsible for uninsured items that are misplaced by Australia Post.

Softie rattle & teething rings, cushions/pillows - Refer to cleaning instructions on the packaging. Otherwise, these can be provided electronically. Please email kookinuts [at] gmail.com and quote your invoice number in the subject line.
Jewellery - All jewellery should remain dry and be kept away from water. Gently wipe clean with a cloth that's been dampened with water and well rung out.
