Every piece of jewelry is made with the utmost care and attention. We select only the highest quality beads, precious gemstones, semi-precious gemstones, and pearls. Each strand is personally hand selected. Since I am continually searching for the “new and unusual”, unique gemstones and pearls dominate my work.
Robin Kale Handmade Beaded Jewelry selections include beaded necklaces, beaded bracelets and handcrafted earrings in sterling silver, 14k gold and 14k gold-filled.

1. For credit card payment, we accept Discover, MasterCard, Visa, and American Express.
2. We accept personal, company, or cashier's checks IF PAID IN ADVANCE. Your order will be shipped out right after the check clears. Sorry, NO COD CHECKS.
Standard Delivery is USPS @ $3.00 (US) and $4.00 (Canada). Insurance is recommended for items over $100 at an extra $2.50.
We also offer UPS GROUND, typically about $11.00 for items under $100.00. We do offer UPS Next Day, 2nd Day and by 3rd Day.
The cost depends on location, size of carton and weight.
Refunds and Exchanges
Returns are accepted within ten (10) days of receipt. We refund the actual paid cost of any merchandise returned to us within ten (10) calendar days after you receive it. Freight and insurance are not refundable.
Please email us, fax 856-346-0155 or phone 856-346-1596 WITHIN THREE (3) DAYS for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER before sending any merchandise back. Please provide the original invoice number, the item you want to return and tell us why you want to return. We will issue a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER via e-mail, fax or phone. No merchandise will be accepted for a refund without the RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
RETURN IN ORIGINAL CONDITION
All returned merchandise must be in its original condition. No damaged items will be refunded.
We recommend that you return merchandise in a carton box via a carrier with a reliable package tracking system, such as UPS or FedEx. We do not issue refunds if your return package is lost in the mail or damaged when arriving at our office.
It is the customers' responsibility to pay the return shipping cost and insurance. We do not reimburse return freight as well as the original outgoing freight.
We will mail you a refund check or credit directly to your original credit card account after we receive your authorized and qualified return package.

1. It is our policy that we sell only to jewelry related business retailers with a valid Sales Tax License or Resale Certificate. Please submit via fax a copy of either to 856-346-0155 . This is a one-time requirement for all new customers. This is to certify that all your purchases from us are for resale and not for personal use.
2. Please submit via fax (856-346-0155) a copy of your business stationery and a copy of a business card.
3. Please send via a fax (856-346-0155) a copy of 2 recent vendor invoices or Purchase Orders for finished jewelry related items bought within the last year.
