There must have been an interruption on my end and I never finished. Hi there. I’m sorry that you didn’t enjoy the card you purchased. It does say quite clearly in the description that it was a print of an original. If it had been an original piece it would have cost much more than £2.50. The picture shows the print of the original on a card. I would have happily talked to you about this issue to resolve it. Again - I’m sorry that you were disappointed. Tori

Shipping

Items are shipped mainly in padded bags and bubble wrap for protection. Cards and prints are packed in cardboard mailers to help keep them crease and damage free.
All items shipped within the UK are shipped using Royal Mail First Class post.
I ship worldwide using Airmail which takes approximately 3-4 days for European destinations and worldwide in approximately 5-6. All items are shipped within 48 hours of payment clearing (excluding weekends and holidays).
I am not responsible for any delays due to customs. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
Please make sure that your Etsy address and your Paypal address are the same to save confusion. In the event of them differing I will try and contact you via your email and Etsy Convo''s. If I receive no answer then I will use Paypal's stored address to ship.
