Hi, I'm Cori! A designer and blogger that created Koori Style at 2010 as a brand to share and sell quality handmade items. I love making and creating things with good quality and details. I always check every minimal detail on my items so the buyer is happy with the final product.

The items I've decided to sell are mainly planner goods, 1:6 doll clothes (like Pullip), accessories, keychains and amigurumi.

I discovered Etsy in 2008 and it was such a great experience that I kept visiting this place. Later, in 2012, I thought that maybe I could share and sell my handmade items online; this is how my Etsy shop "Koori Style" began. (The name Koori comes from the kanji of ice "氷"; since I was 12 years old I've been using it as my signature in photos, icons, nicks, etc.)

Accepted payment methods

Paypal
Returns and exchanges
If you're not happy/satisfied with your item please convo me and we will come to an agreement (In case of return & refund I'll only refund to your paypal account the cost of the item, without shipping cost. The return shipping is the customer responsibility). Refund is not available on digital items.

In case of cancellation on orders made by "mistake" I'll only refund to your paypal account the cost of the item (without shipping cost) minus the amount for the paypal transaction fee.
Payment
For payment option I only accept paypal (in US Dollars) because it's safe, convenient and easy to use. Also you can use your credit card through PayPal without having an account. Once I receive full payment I'll ship the order within 4 days :)
Shipping
For shipping I'll be using the address that you have here on Etsy, so make sure it's the right one. If you want me to send the order to a different address please convo me. I'll ship your order within 4 working days after your payment is received (Orders made on Friday will be shipped out until Monday).

All my items are shipped from Monterrey, Mexico by registered mail, with tracking number. You can track registered mail at http://www.track-trace.com/post

International transit time from Mexico to other countries may take from 2 to 6 weeks (Once I sent a package to a friend in Chile and it took 6 weeks to arrive; to Spain it took 3 weeks). If you haven't received the order after 6 weeks convo me so I can track it down and fix the situation :)

Since every country has its own custom/duties laws, any extra fee will be responsibility of the buyer.
