My shop

When I think about my childhood years, I can always remember myself making handcrafts in my free time.Crafting things is something i always loved to do.My love for designing and creating handmade art has brought me to etsy, where I set up my shop named KoRiNa.

I create my pieces of art always using natural materials. It is my belief that nature has gifted us with a lot of pure goods and materials. In addition, the quality of natural materials is predominant compared to anything artificially made. For my creations I normally use sterling silver, leather, precious and semi-precious stones, as well as a variety of natural materials.

It's a great pleasure to know that friends using, admiring and wearing my creations. Likewise, it’s a great pleasure knowing that someone enjoys wearing one of them, in some place of the world.

Returns and exchanges
I take great care to provide full and accurate descriptions of my items on each listing. All measurements are approximate as each item is individually handmade. Please ensure that the measurements meet your requirements before making you purchase.

I also do my best to take clear photograhps that display the color as accurately as possible but this is a difficult task since I am not a professional photographer.

I am confident that you will be happy with your purchase but if not, I am happy to offer a refund. I will refund the price of the item minus the cost of shipping. Monies will be refuned via Paypal on receipt of the item.

If you wish to receive a refund or have a problem with your item you must contact me within 48 hours from receipt of your item so I can advise you of the return procedure. I will not be able to offer a refund if an item has been used and/or has signs of wear & tear. I cannot be held responsible for any damage to the item that occurs after this period. The item must also be returned to me within two days of receipt.

I am always happy to answer any questions before you make your purchase.

I accept payments via credit cards and via Paypal which accepts all major credit and debit cards.

Shipping
Shipping is done with registered mail so you will need to sign your package upon receipt. For this reason it might be wise to have your jewellery delivered to your work address.

All items are shipped with International Priority Registered Mail. Upon request I could send you a tracking number to follow the progress of your package.

Delivery dates from the shipping date range from one week for Europe and two to three weeks approx for the US, Canada and Australia.

Please note that it is normal for a week or two delay due to items may be held in customs for checking. This applies for items outside the EU zone.

Since all of our designs are handmade can be customized upon request. If you would like an item that was sold out I can do a custom order for you if I have the leather available in stock. Please note that custom orders could take up to one week maximum until produced. Please contact us with full details of your custom order.
