Credit Cards through PayPal are accepted. You do not need an account to use PayPal. Payment is expected at time of order. Please inform me of any special circumstances regarding a delay in payment.

Items which are ready to ship do so in 5-7 business days after payment is received.
Packages are shipped USPS First Class mail. Tracking numbers are provided only by request. This request must be made during checkout in the "Notes to Seller" section. You will receive a conversation shortly after your purchase that includes an expected ship date.

All orders are shipped to the address on your Etsy account, so be sure it's current prior to placing your order.

International orders are shipped standard mail. Please be aware that this does not include a tracking number. The only way to receive a tracking number for an international order is to ship via priority or express mail. Please advise prior to your purchase if you require any change in the type of shipping you would like including priority, express mail, shipping insurance, etc. Duty/Import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. I am unable to ship as "gift" on international orders.
Refunds and Exchanges
If, for any reason, you wish to return or exchange your purchase, you may do so within 7 days of receiving your package. Note: custom pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.

All returns must be unworn and in original condition. Shipping, handling, and insurance fees are nonrefundable. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. Returns sent without notice will not be accepted.

I am glad to make basic repairs on jewelry purchased within a 3 month time period. Please send a message about the repair before shipping the item. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.
