5 out of 5 starsThe crate cover is extremely well constructed fits perfectly and looks handsome. . The two door panels have a nice weight to them, lift easily and lie flat on top of the crate when not in use. Rachael was a pleasure to work with, answering all my questions.

I was nervous that it wouldn't fit over the crate perfectly, but I made sure to actually measure the dimensions of my crate like the item description says to and she made it EXACTLY as I'd hoped. The seller was very responsive and informative as she was in the process of making the cover with all of the upgrades I purchased. My dog now loves going into his crate and it looks so much nicer in my living room :)

Can I use the long side as the door?
Absolutely! All of the custom covers can be customized to fit your needs. You can either add the longer door as the only door, or add it as an additional door for the ability to use both short and long doors. Simply go to the Upgrades listing found in the “crate covers” section in my shop (https://www.etsy.com/listing/468642337/upgrades-for-custom-crate-covers) and add it to your order.
Are the beds washable?
Yes. All of the bed covers and crate pads are machine washable. It is recommended to wash on delicate and tumble dry low.
Are the crate covers washable?
These covers are dry clean only when necessary. The covers are made from 100% cotton exterior and poly-cotton inner-lining and washing it may shrink or distort the fabric. You can request to prewash the fabric for an additional charge on the Upgrades Listing (https://www.etsy.com/listing/468642337/upgrades-for-custom-crate-covers)
What are fixed fasteners?
Fixed fasteners are simply grosgrain ribbon that attaches the side panel and back panel together. They differ from the regular fasteners in that you cannot undo the panels from each other (refer to the 5th and 6th photos on the Upgrades listing to see the difference)
I need my item sooner than the estimated delivery date
Absolutely! Based on the original (latter) delivery date, you can select to have the item shipped 1- 5 weeks sooner by selecting the "Rush" option from my upgrades listing (https://www.etsy.com/listing/468642337/upgrades-for-custom-crate-covers).
