I accept PayPal, and major credit cards.Payment is due at checkout. If payment is not made in 2 days, the transaction will be cancelled, and the item(s) will be reposted.
Shipping will be by USPS First Class or Priority Mail, which takes 3-5 days on average. I can only guarantee my production time, but not the time the Post Office take to get an item to you. Custom orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days of placing your order, unless specified otherwise. If you need faster shipping, convo/email me and we will arrange for a special listing to reflect the additional shipping charges.
Please carefully review your shipping address before placing order. Items will be shipped by USPS. Items shipped valued over $100 may require a signature upon receipt. Be sure to provide the correct shipping address on BOTH your Paypal account and your Etsy account. I cannot be responsible for packages not received if the wrong address is provided or for requests for address changes once an order has been placed. If the item is returned to me, you will be responsible shipping charges to resend it.

Currently, I only ship to the United States, and to Canada. International shoppers will be responsible for any customs fees, taxes and duties that may be incurred.
Refunds and Exchanges
All sales are final on personalized items. Personalized items are considered "Special Order" items as each is custom made to your specifications. No refunds or returns are permitted. Please give your details for personalization very carefully. Your order will be embroidered exactly as specified on your order.

Please read all information in the listing description so that you know the size and details of the item you are purchasing.

If you receive an item that has an error or is damaged in shipping, please notify me within 5 days of receipt of the order. If there is a mistake on my part, I will replace the item. If an item is defective, I will request verification of the defect via return or photo (including photos of packaging if damaged) and will provide a replacement upon verification.

Items without personalization must be in its original unused condition and packaging to be returned. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return. You must return the item within 7 days of your delivery receipt to receive a full refund. Kozy Kidz Boutique will not be responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed return items. We suggest insuring the return and using a delivery confirmation. We also do not refund the original shipping fee that you paid on the order.
