About Le Marigny & Co
At the end of 2013 I opened up a home decor shop on Etsy under the name "Le Marigny" In this shop I sell framed wood signs, art prints, custom painted globes and more. However, I found myself wanting to do more and fell in love with jewelry and fun accessories, like scrunchies. More than that, I wanted to find a way for my customers to send fun packages to their loved ones and that is how this shop was born.
We offer jewelry and accessories individually but also as gift boxes!

However, if there is a problem with your order (damage from shipping) please send us a message right away.
In order for us to process a replacement for your damaged order, we will need you to provide us with details photos of the product and packaging. We ship everything insured and this is required for us to file a claim.
HOLIDAY ORDERS:
Orders that arrive after Christmas will not be eligible for a return/refund. Be sure to shop early!

We ship via USPS, FedEx and UPS and all of our packages are insured for domestic shipments.
We offer first class, priority or express shipping upgrades at checkout.
International buyers are responsible for paying their taxes and custom fees. It is illegal for us to pay these. Please check your local fee information so you are not surprised when you get the notice.

Care instructions
All hair accessories are to be gently hand washed. If you accidentally put it through the washer, reshape it and lay it out to dry.
Jewelry should be hand washed if necessary. It wouldn't hurt to use rubbing alcohol to clean the part that goes in your ear from time to time.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our items, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges due to hygiene concerns. If you have an issue with your order, please send us a message right away.
Holiday Orders
We have listed our 2021 holiday order deadlines in our announcements and policies. Please be sure to shop early this year to make sure your gifts arrive on time. We will not be accepting returns/refunds for any order that arrives after Christmas due to delays by the shipping carrier.
