Thank you for reviewing my shop policies. Anyone purchasing an item from my shop can be assured they will receive personalised attention and a quality product.

Stationery & Paper Goods

KRAFT & WHITE is about simple, organic design with a focus on texture and the little details.

I understand the importance of making a lasting impression, that's why each design is carefully thought out with regards to paper type and textures, typography, colour, and envelopes.
Each invitation is a labor of love; designed, customised and hand assembled using carefully sourced papers, twine, string, ribbons, feathers & seals!

All KRAFT & WHITE designs can be customised with your wording and color specifications.

Please allow upto 6 weeks for your stationery order to be completed from the date that you approve your proof.
I recommend that you place your order at least 6 - 8 months before your wedding date.
If you have left it a little late and dont have that time up your sleeve, dont panic... rush orders are possible!

Please contact me if you require a quicker turnaround time. I may be able to accommodate this request depending on my workload at the time of ordering. Rush orders incur an additional $80 fee.

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
Returns and exchanges are not accepted based on the custom nature of each order.

KRAFT & WHITE is not responsible for misspellings in approved proofs, please triple check all spelling, grammar, capitalisation. We highly encourage that you send an emailed proof to a family member or friend for viewing.

Once your final payment is made, all order details - including proofs, material choices, colors and shipping information will be considered approved and final.
KRAFT & WHITE is not responsible for any changes in regards to the ink color, font choice, envelope colors, ribbon material or overall design after the payment & printing has been completed.

A $100 deposit will secure and start the ordering process. This amount goes towards your final payment which is due before printing. After I receive your deposit, I will contact you via email to collect all the details required to complete your design proofs.

:: PROOFS ::
Up to 3 rounds of proofs are included in the price. Any changes after that will be at an additional cost of $25 per proof.

Samples include an invitation and RSVP card. Both include a matching envelope. Samples are not provided with personalised wording.

The final balance is due before printing begins.

If you choose to have your guest names printed onto your invitations and printed address labels or envelopes I will send you an excel spreadsheet template to complete. The information must be typed out exactly how you would like it printed on your invitations and envelopes.
Shipping costs will be determined on completion of your order. Each orders
shipping cost is based on where you live, amount of invites being order, materials
used and package number. Shipping prices are not included in the invite price and is an additional cost that is not listed on the deposit listing.

Samples have a fixed price for shipping that is detailed in each listing.
Samples are mailed out within 5 business days from the time of each order. Samples are mailed to the address you have provided on ETSY, please ensure that it is upto date.

All of KRAFT & WHITE’s orders (except for samples) are shipped Australia Post Registered Mail, with a signature needed at the time of delivery.
This ensures that your lovely handmade invitations are delivered directly to you. I take all the extra necessary precautions to make sure that your samples and final orders are packaged and shipped with care.

KRAFT & WHITE is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages after delivery has been made. Your order will be delivered to the address provided on your completed order form.

Please be aware that all international orders are subject to fees (depending on your countries policy). Our shipping time does not include time that can be spent in customs. Please ask if you have any questions regarding international shipping and I will try my best to answer your questions, please allow plenty of time for international shipping.

:: I really like this design. How can I see it in person? ::
Click on the sample (or samples) you'd like to see more of. Click the Add to Cart button. Enter your payment information. Once we receive your payment, we'll send the sample out the next day.

:: Can I customise the design, fonts, or colors of an invitation SAMPLE? ::
Samples come exactly like shown in the picture. Unfortunately the wording cannot be customised. If you love a design but would like a sample using a different paper type or font colour please contact me with the details.

:: I've received my sample(s) and love them! Now what? ::

:: How do I place a deposit? ::
Find your design here:
Once we've received your payment, we will send you an ordering form via email. Fill out the ordering form, send it back to us, and we'll design your proof.

:: What if I want to customise my invitation? ::
On completion of your order form, leave as much detail as you can in the notes or special instructions section.

:: How far in advance should I order my invitations? ::
As it is only me who communicates, designs, prints, assembles, packages & ships all orders, I encourage ordering your invites as early as possible! 6 - 8 months prior to your wedding date (for a regular production timeline) is recommended.

:: Do you offer matching wedding day stationery (place cards, menus, table numbers, ceremony programs, etc.) for all of your designs? ::
Yes, though I only have some listed in my shop, I offer wedding day stationery in all of my designs. Please inquire if there's something you don't see.

:: When should I order my post-invite stationery? ::
I suggest ordering at the same time as your invitation suite. You are more likely to qualify for my discounted rate (see individual listings for price discount). You'll also get to view the design proofs for ALL of your event stationery at the same time.

:: How do you ship? ::
Samples & orders under 50.00 ship Australia Post regular mail unless organised other wise.
Domestic orders valued at 50.00 or more ship Australia Post Registered Mail(tracking, insurance, signature upon delivery).
International orders valued at 50.00 or more ship USPS Express (tracking, insurance, signature upon delivery).

*Shipping prices for finished orders are not listed within the deposit purchase. Shipping is calculated upon completion when the package can be measured and weighed. As an estimate for orders within Australia, youd be looking at approx $25.
