My son's birthday was wonderful! Thanks goes to krafting Krystle for making/designing this awesome sign that went perfect with our Captain America theme. The product is high quality. We have even used the banner with my son's name as a decoration in his room. Superb!

I'm a stay-at-home Mom who is totally obsessed with crafts, party decor, greeting cards, scrapbooking and more! Crafting=Happiness

When I was little, my Mom said the moment I got my hands on crayons, paint, sidewalk chalk, she knew that was going to be "my thing". That "thing" turned school science fairs into fierce competitions. Dioramas! Hold your horses! I had always loved gathering craft supplies and coming up with something crazy, or something plain and simple. Nail Art, Scrapbooks, Jewelry...I loved it all and couldn't get enough.

Here I am, (I'm not telling you how many years later), sitting in my dream room full of supplies, materials, machines, computer programs and LOADS of paper. It's my happy place. Running after a 3 year old gets stressful. And as any Mom of a toddler can agree, I need some alone time. Sometimes I do crash and go to bed early, but most nights, I'm up making things and sending them around the United States. Now, KraftingKrystle is shipping Internationally.

Crafting really was always my "thing". And it seems to me it will always be! Can't stop anyone from listening to their gut and following their dreams.

As a side note, I am married to a wonderful husband who never will know how much I really did spend on that order of craft supplies (hehe!). We have a beautiful daughter, Genevieve and an adopted daughter, Dori. Of course Dori is our special child because she has fur and 4 adorable paws. I love my family, surprises, deep and dense dark chocolate, shopping and blasting Taylor Swift in my mini-van. I was born and raised in Pennsylvania, but spent many weekends down the shore in New Jersey. I still do go to the shore on occasion, but can't fit my craft room in the car, so I prefer to stay home and enjoy a day full of glue, paint, paper and computers!

Welcome to Krafting Krystle. We can customize your order to your liking and enjoy creating items with a theme. If you do not see something in the shop that you would like to order, please message me and we can work together to get you exactly what you are looking for. OUTSTANDING Customer Service is what we strive for when working with customers. If you are not happy with your product, please message us and we can work it out. Please read the shop policies for more information!

Please note that everything listed in our shop are of items that were previously made and sold. We do not have anything pre-made or pre-packaged. We have all or most of the materials needed to make any of the items seen in the listings. There are times when we will run out and have to make a new order of supplies. This rarely happens. All orders are considered new from the time we receive them to the time we send them out. This being said, if you need a large quantity of an item, please give as much notice as possible so your order can be sent in a timely manner.

Sometimes, when ordering more than one group or set of items, the shipping cost may need to be altered. We can immediately alter this for you and put up a custom listing for you so that all of the costs are in one place for you to easily pay.

All items are made with high quality card stock, acid free adhesives and are assembled by hand. The only machine we use is the die cut machine that cuts the layers of paper out. From there on out, it is 100% handcrafted! How cool!

Shipping with US postal service normally takes 3-5 days and includes a tracking number which will appear on your shipping confirmation e-mail.

Please note that Handling and Shipping costs are two separate costs.
Handling is the amount you pay for shipping supplies and packaging.
Shipping cost is the amount you pay the USPS for delivery to your home.

When an item arrives at your home, the USPS sticker will indicate a different price than you paid on Etsy for shipping. Please remember that handling costs are also involved in the overall Shipping/Handling costs.

International customers are responsible for customs fees, duties, taxes and/or any other import fees associated with international purchases. International orders may take up to 2-6 weeks to arrive due to hold ups in customs. Shipping method is via USPS. If you are an international customer, you are NOT eligible for Flat Rate Shipping of $5, $6, or $7 as the item description may show. You will be responsible for the extra charges the postal service charges to get your package to your destination.

Please note once the item is delivered to USPS, we do not have any control over how fast your package reaches you. Due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, holidays or USPS issues, we do not have any control over those problems.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. If you would like to pay an extra fee for insurance or a receipt slip from the mail man, please message me and we can square that away. The USPS offers up to $50 in insurance with a tracking number for free.

If you need your order sooner than listed, please ask and we can see what we can do for you! Rush fees may apply!

Depending on the detail of your item, orders generally take 1-2 weeks to assemble. Customizable orders may take more time due to quantity, size and if I have the supplies in stock. If you need an item sooner, please let me know and I will work with you to meet your deadline. ***Please Note*** If you need an item sooner than the suggested processing period (does NOT include shipping time), please message me about a rush order for an additional rush fee. An expedited shipping fee may apply if you wish to have your item sooner via the USPS.

Please remember that we are a small local business. We strive to serve each and every customer with OUTSTANDING customer service, quality and product standards. If there is any problem or discrepancy with any of the items you purchase from this shop, please bring it to our attention as soon as possible so we can fix it for you.
Refunds and Exchanges
Our goal is for every customer to be 100% satisfied. We strive to serve you with OUTSTANDING Customer Service. If you come across an issue with any orders, custom or not, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery to your door so that we can try to resolve the problem. After one week from delivery, the ordered is considered closed. Custom Order Requests such as different color, size, design or style are NOT eligible for return/refund unless there was a mistake made on my behalf. Refunds and Exchanges are not eligible for lost, damaged or stolen packages due to shipping. Please read the policy in the "Shipping" tab for more information on lost, damaged or stolen packages.
Additional policies and FAQs
Please remember that custom orders can be made! Prices are normally the same as what the listing shows except if you ask for an upgrade. Upgrades include heavier or fancier card stock, exclusive or licensed paper, or anything that would make the shop have to spend extra time on your order. We LOVE custom orders! This helps us think outside the box and create something you will LOVE!

Frequently asked questions

How do I request a custom order?

You can either find an item in my shop that you like, but need in a different size, color or theme and click "Request A Custom Order" tab. You can also message me directly by clicking the "Ask a Question" tab. A message from you will be sent to my Etsy mail, which I check daily. I can walk you through the process of creating a custom item that you will love!

Is there a way to estimate the shipping cost before I put an item in my cart?

Yes. I can help you with this. I ship my items using the United States Postal Service. I can calculate the shipping cost by entering in your zip code and the shipping weight on the USPS website. Just message me and I can do so!

Are custom items returnable if the colors and sizing are wrong?

The nature of my items forces me NOT to accept returns or exchanges on any custom items unless a mistake was made in the customization process. Any defect or mistake must be reported within 3 days of the item being received by the buyer.

Please pay close attention to the information provided in all listings to be sure the item I am making for you is exactly what you ordered, whether it is custom or not.

If I change my mind and no longer need an item after it has been ordered, can I cancel it?

If you need to cancel your item, please contact me as soon as possible. If I have begun production on your item, a cancellation will not be guaranteed.

How much notice do you need to make a custom item for me?

The more time I have to create your item, the better. I do not have any items pre-made in my shop. I also do not have specific colors and patterns always in stock. If your project requires an online order of supplies OR you need to order a large quantity of an item, I will need to add processing and shipping time for your specific supplies.

Please give me as much notice as possible for larger orders. Normally, my turnaround time is 2 weeks. This means it will be 2 weeks until I can start your project. A rush fee may apply if you need your item faster than my current turnaround time. Please inquire about current turnaround times!
