Because you are paying for the time and effort used to create your personalized party, once KbK Parties has emailed you ANY files, refunds will not be given.

PHYSICAL ORDERS
Non-personalized, physical orders can be returned if they are shipped back at the cost of the buyer, without damage or sign of previous use.

Paypal and all major credit cards are accepted. All payments must be made before any orders will be filled.

All items with the exception of party packages and gift bags are shipped First Class mail from WA state. First class mail can take up to 7 days. You can now select different shipping options upon check out :)

Returns on shipped items:
* All NON-personalized items can be returned within 30 days of receiving them if they are unused, undamaged, and shipped back at the buyers expense in the original packaging. A refund on the cost of the item, only will be refunded. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

** All PERSONALIZED items that are printed, cut, and shipped to you are NON-refundable.

PROOFS
Kbk Parties does NOT send proofs. We input the information that is given in the order. We do not have the space to save a copy of each order therefore the spelling and/or grammar provided will be used. The file you receive is the final copy. Please see below for revision policies.

REVISIONS (Changes effective 08/18/14)
If the mistake is because of the BUYER there will be a $2 customization fee per party file, $2 for chalkboards or $10 per party to redo the personalization.

If the mistake is because of Kbk Parties, revision requests must be made with 7 days of the PDF being emailed to you or revisions will not be made.

Please review ALL of the personalized files sent to you right away in case there are any changes that need to be made.

COLOR VARIATIONS

If your file looks different in any way once printed, it is a technical issue with your printer or printer settings and not the files as PDF files cannot be alter in any way. If the files view crisply but print blurry, that means that files were saved incorrectly and you're printing a lower resolution than provided. Colors may vary from one computer monitor to another, quality of printer used as well as the many different types or brands of paper and ink you're printing with.
