Krafts by Kruger is still open during Covid-19, however Canada Post and many other postal systems are experiencing significant delays. Canada Post is not guaranteeing any delivery times, USPS is estimating 4-6 weeks for delivery. Ontario has recently implement a "stay at home order", so I will be mailing out orders only once per week.

Order was place on April 8 and shipped April 11. Unfortunately the pandemic caused shipping and border delays across the board, and the package did not arrive in Etsy's estimated time-frame. I asked the buyer to be patient and give it 1-2 more weeks, per Canada Post's estimates. I have reached out to the buyer once more since to ensure the package arrived, but have received no further response. I am confident everything arrived safe and sound.

Combined Shipping
Multiple item purchases will be combined for reduced shipping, and the difference will be refunded back to the buyer.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available. Please contact me in advance to make arrangements, and receive a code to remove the shipping charges.
Please note that payment for pick-up orders is still required in advance using the shop's regular online payment system.
