Custom gifts done right!

My husband came home from a hunting show where he had seen some mugs for sale, we decided to make our own mugs and add our own personal touch to them...And I guess you can say the rest is history!! We made our first etched mug, we added the paracord to the handle and we advertised locally. The sales of the mugs, and the ideas of what people wanted on the mugs took off and we've been creating new designs ever since.

After making the mugs, we were looking for another, unique product to add to our listing and my husband had this wild idea to paint a hand saw! So we did, our first saw we made was again around hunting (do you get a theme here!?) and again advertised locally. The saw signs are so fun to make, they come in all different sizes (the saws that is!) and people have such creative ideas for what they'd like on their signs -- creating the signs and the mugs allow my husband to use his creative ideas to get the design done, and I do the cutting of the vinyl/stencils and braiding the paracord handles to help support the completion of the product!

We do this as a family, creating the products has been great for our family, even the kids will get involve to help where they can, it has brought us closer and given us something we can all work towards to help our family out. I wouldn't change a thing, and I"m thankful for the first idea that got us going!

Custom and personalized orders

We GLADLY do custom orders! If you like the unique touch we have of paracord on the handles of beer mugs or stems of wine glasses but don't see a design you are looking for, please get ahold of us, we would LOVE to create a piece just for you!

Care instructions

The etching on our glasses is all dishwasher safe, however the glasses that have paracord on them we recommend hand washing due to the paracord on them, easier to dry that out if it doesn't get soaked!

Our bottles with 651 outdoor vinyl on them should be hand washed to preserve longevity of the vinyl.

Wholesale availability

Returns

Due to the nature of the items we have, we do not offer returns. All sales are final.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please take a moment to ensure your shipping address is correct to avoid any delays! Contact me immediately if a change is needed. Orders shipped to an incorrect address will be heavily delayed (if not lost), and buyer is responsible for original and re-shipping cost associated with inaccurate addresses. Due to this not being a shop error, refunds will not be considered unless the package is back in our possession.

My package is delayed with USPS, will you refund me?

After a package leaves our shop we are NOT able to control how quickly it gets to you, it is out of our hands and in the hands of our trusty USPS.

The majority of our packages ship either first class, with insurance, or priority mail. The post office does NOT guarantee the 1-5 or 2-3 day delivery dates for either of these, so if the package takes longer to get to you but is still delivered, the post office does not refund, therefore we cannot offer refunds.

We still completed the work and shipped it in our processing time. We have no control after that.

My glass came broken, now what?!

We’re so sorry to hear this! We package our items as best we can to ensure they are properly protected, but we understand things happen!!

Please reach out of this happens with pictures of the damaged glass, and the packing box it came in. We also need you to hold onto the damaged item for awhile as sometimes the post office will ask for more info/proof of the damage.

Once we receive the pictures needed to file an insurance claim with USPS I can then go ahead and redo the item and ship it out again.

My package says it was delivered but I can’t find it! HELP

If your package is listed as delivered but missing, follow these steps:

1. Check the address you entered upon checkout (it is a buyers responsibility to check the correct shipping address for every order)
2. Check your side/back door and your yard (ask neighbor)
3. Call your local post office to see if they are still holding your package. If not, they are able to provide the exact GPS coordinates and time of delivery
4. File the missing package claim with USPS
5. File the missing package with your local police station.

We are not responsible for the missing package. If the package is marked as "delivered", it cannot be refunded or replaced unless the buyer provides both the police report and the USPS report for the missing package.
