**RICHARD IS DEPLOYED ~ and since he is 1/2 of our production process, no custom orders will be taken at this time, and this includes our "Home is Where...." signs. So sorry for the inconvenience, I wish I could cut the wood and do it all myself! * I will activate the listings as soon as he is home and able to fill orders, which will be early August.

*Anything that is listed we should still be able to sell. We have lots of coin holders in stock now, (I get those from our friend.) I will try and deactivate listings when I run out of stock.

Richard and I (Karen) are a Navy Chief family who specialize in Military duty station signs, Challenge coin holders, College and Military Block sets and more... We make items for all branches of service. Check out our section "HOME IS WHERE THE ..." You can purchase those listings for any Branch of Service and many options are available for different designs and colors. Priority shipping is used for orders in the east half of the country, but sometimes orders to western states (and almost always to AK or HI) will be shipped via Parcel Post (Parcel Select), it just depends on where you are located. If you are concerned about delivery time, please contact me about a Priority shipping upgrade or a Rush Order* Items that specify "Ships Priority Mail" in the listing will ship in a flat rate package and therefore be priority no matter where it ships to.

Thank you for taking a moment to browse some of our work. We work out of our home and this hobby helps supplement our Military income and is a lot of fun and keeps us busy!


We accept paypal, etsy direct checkout, and also money orders. Since our work is made to order, orders may only be cancelled within the first 24 hours after purchase.


GREEN!! We re-use clean boxes, bubble wrap, air pillows, packing peanuts and newspaper for packing. Besides being good for the environment, it also saves the buyer money, when we don't have to pay for as many packing supplies.

Each listing has a processing time listed. We try to ship as close to that as possible, and sometimes ahead of schedule. Occasionally we need to delay by a few days, because of bad weather when we can't paint, if the kids are sick, or if we get more orders than normal, and get backed up a little. If we ever aren't able to ship by the date specified, we will notify you in advance. We strive to be very punctual making orders and getting them to the post office. You will receive a shipping notification from etsy with a tracking number when your item is ready to ship and you can track it from then on.

Priority Mail is used whenever possible. Occasionally, when shipping to the Western states, Alaska or Hawaii, and also APO/FPO addresses, priority mail is much more costly than the paid shipping amount. In that case, your order will ship parcel post (parcel select). If you are concerned about delivery time (Before your item ships) please convo me and I will check the rate for Priority, and adjust the shipping rate (if necessary) before purchase, if you would like me to.

**If you have an order pending with us, please make sure to check the email that your etsy conversations are sent to, because we might need to contact you with a question.**

Refunds and Exchanges

No refunds. If we have made an error on your order or if we have messed something up then in that case we will make sure to get it right for you, at no cost to you!

If a mistake is made, due to an error on the buyers part, an invoice will be sent and must be paid before a new order is made and sent out.

We try very very hard to double check spelling but if you spell something wrong, and we don't catch it, you will be responsible for paying for a new bar, sign, or whatever is is we are making for you. So please double check your information.

Additional Policies and FAQs

The most common question we get asked is:
"How do I add more bars in the future?"

The answer is:

First option is to order single bars in the future, and let me know you need it on ropes. We will make your new bars and send them to you with rope attached, and you will just cut the knots off your old ropes (at the very bottom), and staple the new bar/ropes to the back of the bottom of your sign. We will tie knots at the bottom of your new bar, so when you add it it will look identical to the original.

We can also use hooks to hang the bars. If you want hooks, choose that option before checkout and yours will come to you with hooks to hang the bars. And new bars you order will have hooks also. *** (If you are adding this to a bar that doesn't have hooks on the bottom, let me know and I will send 2 extra hooks.)***
