Please select gift wrap if you would like. I wrap my items in seasonal paper in a jewelry paper box with padding. My blog has more photos of items not necessarily listed on etsy. I started a page for KRDesigns11 on Facebook.

I gift wrap my items in seasonal paper in a jewelry paper box with padding. Sometimes there is bubble wrap around the item so it does not rattle in shipping.

I accept credit cards and Etsy gift cards. At my Art Fairs I use Square for credit cards as well as cash and check with identification.

Sales made on Etsy to Illinois residents or shipped to Illinois are required to pay 8.25% sales tax, which is my local tax rate. Rates at my Art Fairs are at the local municipality's tax rate.

Special orders require a deposit. Please contact me to discuss your requirements, and I will create a special listing for you.
I offer USPS shipping at priority rate or first class mail as stated in the listings. I pay for additional insurance to cover the retail price of your purchase.

I also offer upgraded shipping for an additional fee. Please note that overnight shipping requires a signature for delivery, so be sure to give an address where someone will be available to sign for receipt of the package.

I do not leave packages for the letter carrier as it is not in a secure place; also I receive my mail at 4:30 pm or later and I do not want to add another day to the shipping time. I need to drive to the Post Office to send your order.

I will be evaluating the service received from time to time and welcome comments and suggestions to improve my procedures/service. Except for the late delivery time, I receive very good service from the USPS.

The days for delivery stated by the USPS are not guaranteed. Delivery for Priority Mail is determined by zones determined by the USPS.

On special orders, I require four weeks from receipt of deposit. I work on items as soon as possible after the supplies are received. The January 2013 changes at the USPS have added a couple days to my deliveries, both of parts and delivery to customers. After Thanksgiving, it will take longer because of shipping times; I order parts on line to bring you the lowest possible prices, and my local bead stores seem to be going out of business.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to be happy with your purchase. I describe items within the listings as best as possible. If I have incorrectly described my product, I will give a refund or exchange if the item is shipped back within 10 days in the original packaging; please notify me to expect it.

Earrings are not refundable or exchangable. This is a health consideration. I do not allow people to try on the earrings. I have had show management require this. I hope you are understanding of this policy.

If you have changed your mind on another type of item, I will accept it back, but will not refund shipping. If your item arrives broken, then I will refund shipping costs as well as replacing or refunding your order. You need to ship the broken item back to me, however, BEFORE I do that.

Please remember that all of my items are glass. Even with the best packing, something glass can be broken in transit.
