All winter coats are shipped by Priority Mail upon payment. All raincoats and pajamas are shipped by First Class Mail upon payment. All multiple item orders are shipped by Priority Mail upon payment.

Refunds and Exchanges
No exchanges or refunds, except for manufacturing defects.
Manufacturing defects will be remedied as required at no cost. Notification must be made within 3 days of receipt. Item to be returned at your shipping cost.
Our Medium and Large size measurements are provided for your convenience. Your measurements must be comparable with our sizes provided. It is your responsibility for "Fitting".
