2 out of 5 starsProduct was well-made and shipped promptly, but arrived smelling strongly of cigarette smoke. Store owner offered refund but not willing to pay shipping/postage, and accused me of bullying when I persisted. Will not purchase from this store again.

I find it hard to believe that it 'smelled strongly' of cigarette smoke, when no one smokes in my home or studio. I still offered up a full refund, once the item was returned (which would cost the customer less than 3.00). I continued to offer several resolutions, but none were satisfactory. The customer was disrespectful and rude, and I must wonder if she isn't just trying to get the product for free. I feel terrible when someone is not happy, but will also not be taken advantage of. Seller beware.
