How are your cutting boards made and engraved?
Each cutting board is carefully made from good materials. All boards are made by us in our workshop and carefully checked.
First, the design is created using specialized software and loaded into the laser engraver. The cutting board is then placed in the engraver, and the laser beam is directed onto the surface to create the desired design. The laser vaporizes the material, leaving behind a precise and clean engraved pattern.
This process is efficient and accurate, and allows for a high level of detail and precision in the engraving. The end result is a beautiful and unique cutting board that is both functional and decorative.
How do I care for my cutting board?
Clean the board after each use with warm water and soap. Avoid exposing the board to extreme temperatures, as this can cause it to crack or warp. Hand-dry the board thoroughly after washing to prevent warping. Periodically oil the board with a food-safe oil, such as mineral oil, to keep it moisturized and prevent cracking. Avoid using harsh chemicals, such as bleach, on the board. Do not soak the board in water for long periods of time. Replace the board if it becomes excessively worn or develops deep cuts, as bacteria can harbor in these areas and pose a health risk. There is no one "best" wood type for cutting boards as different types of wood have different characteristics that may suit different preferences and needs. The best wood type for a cutting board will depend on personal preference, the intended use, and how the cutting board will be maintained.
What size do you suggest?
Items size is a personal preference. I have a standard way of scaling the engraved products. Before ordering, we suggest you measure or estimate our sizes with a measuring tape, so you can get an idea of how big or small the items are.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We have the possibility of international shipping. Shipping time may change depending on where you live.
Do you accept returns?
Because of the personalized nature of our items, we are not able to returns on personalized items, unless they arrive damaged or defective. All reports of damage or defects must be within 30 days of receipt.

We are not able to accept cancellations or exchanges to orders once they are placed, as they are immediately sent into production.
