I ship through USPS and try to estimate shipping as accurately as possible. If there is an overage on shipping you paid that is greater than $1, I will refund you. How The Bonny Bungalow Came To Be

I have always had a love of vintage and antiques. My grandmother's house is filled with them and I love walking through her house and checking out all of the amazing things she has collected over the years and the stories that they tell. I used to ask her every visit to look at the Victorian photo album that held our family's treasured photos, always in awe of the fashions of past eras and the resemblances that certain family members had to great uncles or great, great grandparents.

When my husband and I married, he was in the Marine Corps. I remember watching friends struggle with acquiring and keeping jobs during their transitions and I thought to myself that I needed to be my own boss. I need a business that I could take with me no matter where we were headed. That's when I decided to combine my love of vintage and my desire of being an entrepreneur. The Bonny Bungalow doesn't even feel like work. It is so much fun hunting and searching for amazing pieces to put in my shop (plus the few here and there that I can't seem to let go of). Each item has a story to tell and the best part of this adventure is hearing the customers' stories of how they have been searching for a particular item and what it means to them.

Returns and exchanges
Please check the descriptions and photographs of the items closely to make sure you understand any flaws they may have, to ensure proper fit of clothing, etc. Refunds are only given if the item is misrepresented on our part. Refunds are not given because of a change of mind, a clothing article did not fit, etc. Please ask all questions before you purchase the item to make sure you are comfortable with the transaction.

If a refund is permitted, the buyer is responsible for initial shipping costs and return shipping costs. The item must arrive back in the condition it left the shop. Please do not put "return to sender" or turn away a package to save on return shipping costs. Often times I am still charged for the return shipping in this event.
Payment
We accept PayPal and Credit Card payments at this time. We ask that payment be submitted at the time of checkout. Please be sure that your Etsy address matches that of your PayPal address to ensure proper shipment.
Shipping
We only ship through the United States Postal Service once a week (usually on Monday). The item's weight and size will determine the method of shipping (Priority, Parcel, Media Mail, etc.) that will be used. If you have a special request regarding shipping, please convo me.

International Orders:
International orders will be shipped through the United States Postal Service as well. Please convo for an international shipping estimate. Customs fees are the responsibility of the customer as all packages will be marked as merchandise, not as gifts.

The Bonny Bungalow cannot be held responsible for lost parcels if tracking is not opted for. Lost parcels rarely happen, but it is a possibility.

Please note that many of the items that we sell are vintage. Most are over 50 years old and while they may show signs of age, this is part of their charm. If you have any concerns about an item or need additional pictures, please let me know.
