All payments should be made within 3 days of purchase through PAY PAL - there you can use various credit cards.

Always free shipping on purchases over $50.

2-3 days after PayPal payment clears, your items are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. On orders over $50, the package is insured at no charge to you.

Items to Canada are shipped First Class Mail International, however, insurance and delivery confirmation are not available. Any duty and/or excise tax or customs fees are buyer's responsibility.

You will be notified as soon as your package is mailed.
As for how long before it reaches you? - that is up to the postal system, and we all know that sometimes it's great and other times not...

I always ask my customers to please let me know when the package arrives. It's important for me to know that the parcel reached it's destination in good condition and that the customer is happy with their purchase.

International shipping rates are for First Class International Parcel, no insurance or delivery confirmation is available for this rate - if package is lost, stolen or confiscated, all I can offer for proof that the package was mailed, is the Post Office receipt - but I promise to do everything possible to work with you and make sure the problem is resolved and that you are always satisfied and happy with all your purchases from Needful Things!

Priority Rate International shipping rates are more expensive but have insurance included, so please contact me and I will adjust the listing with those additional charges.
