The Power Of The Pen Compels Me

Welcome to this faraway corner of the internet I call home. A place where drawings run wild and pencils roam free.

Here you will find creature-clad and sometimes rad comics, zines, stationery, apparel, accessories and prints. All drawn and designed in my home studio, where I also freelance as an illustrator, designer and comic book artist.

Some of my favourite things are 20th century printed ephemera, slavic folk-art, embroidered pictures, science fiction monsters and thrifted treasure.

With my feet rooted in The Pennines, my heart aches for The Carpathians.

Shop policies

Last updated on August 8, 2016
Orders are all packaged and processed by me, in my cosy home studio. I visit the post office 2 - 3 times a week (excluding Sundays). Feel free to message me if you need your items to reach you quickly, or would like to know my next dispatch day.

Orders in the UK are sent by First Class post, and arrive within 1 - 2 days from dispatch date.

International orders are sent via Royal Mail's International Airmail Standard service, which can take the following amount of time to arrive from dispatch date: 5 - 7 days for Mainland Europe, 7 - 10 days for North America and up to 10 - 14 days for Australia and elsewhere.

Accepted payment methods

  • Accepts Etsy gift cards
I accept PayPal, Debit/Credit cards and Etsy Gift Cards.
I'm in the UK and post out orders twice a week, so every 2 - 3 days (excluding weekends).

Standard shipping is Royal Mail First Class (UK), and Airmail International Standard (outside UK). These services do not include tracking information. If you would like to add tracking or additional insurance, just let me know and I can create a custom order for you with the correct shipping calculated.

Please get in touch if items do not arrive within 14 days (UK) and 30 days (international) and I'll do my best to help locate the lost items and negotiate a refund from the relevant postal services. This can usually be resolved if the postal service was at fault. If incorrect shipping information was provided by the buyer, I cannot offer a refund or replacement.

I cannot take responsibility for any additional customs charges applied to international orders. This is very unlikely, (never happened yet!) but check the policies of the country you wish to have your order shipped to.

I use recyclable packaging - board backed envelopes - which keep your items safe and secure, while remaining environmentally friendly. You can expect some drawings on your package, too. Getting things in the mail should be fun and exciting.

Refunds and Exchanges
Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery date. The buyer is responsible for return postage, and I will refund the full transaction amount once the item is delivered with me.

Refunds cannot be given if the item is damaged or altered in any way by the buyer, or arrives back with me in a condition which means it is no longer re-sellable. As such, please be sure to package return items carefully.

Refunds cannot be given on customised items (if you asked me to sign a comic, or create a custom piece) as they are bespoke.
