    Returns and exchanges
    I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations
    But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
    Returns and exchange details
    Important:
    1.We do not cover return shipping or refund shipping costs. If we did, we would be at a loss because of unnecessary loss of packaging materials (boxes, tape, paper, stickers, energy and time lost from post office runs).

    2.We do not accept returns for vintage/used clothing items. The process it took to acquire those and to sell (+paying for extra weight for shipping that's calculated into the price) them is what is helping to preserve our natural environment.

    3.We do not accept returns nor give refunds for digestible items for hygiene purposes. People have different taste buds.

    4.We do not accept returns for art/books/healing tools unless there is a serious problem. The few return cases have been so fantastic, we will assume you are inventing things and can refuse future contact/sales with such customers. Everyone has the right to a safe workplace.

    5.If there is a problem with your order, please contact us before leaving negative reviews. Those really hurt our small, independent business and isn't fair to the shop owner who would be happy to solve your problem via Etsy messages.
    Payment
    Accepted payment methods are PayPal and Credit Card. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours.
    Shipping
    Orders are shipped via USPS to the address provided by PayPal unless otherwise noted.

    For handmade goods allow 3-5 business days and please be patient if you are ordering internationally, these orders will on average take 3 weeks.

    Most U.S. items over $20 will receive a tracking number (please request one if you are concerned about the tracking).

    International orders:
    *Shipping costs vary from country to country. If the shipping is significantly higher than my estimated amount I will contact you for additional payment via Etsy conversations. You will also be refunded for shipping overages.

    *I am not held accountable for any customs policies/additional costs of international orders.

    *Wrong addresses will have to pay for additional re-shipment if item comes back.

    *Digestible items cannot be returned/refunded, sorry!
