This is the 3rd time I've ordered a custom sign. LOVE her work. Turn around was so fast. GREAT vendor to work with.

Kristen went above and beyond to be sure that I got exactly what I wanted. She was prompt, easy to work with, and very accommodating (which is a huge compliment considering my perfectionist personality!). I cannot say enough good things about her! I am thrilled with my purchase. Thank you!

Kristen was wonderful and her work is beautiful! Highly recommend!
Names and addresses should be emailed in a word document exactly how you would like them to appear, (no spreadsheets, please!) with the exception that names of states can be abbreviated and I will write them out in full.
There is a $50 minimum calligraphy charge for all orders, and $15 minimum charge (n/i postage) for additions or changes that take place after your job is completed and shipped.
You should plan to provide 10-15% more paper than you have names/addresses. Let me know if you want all or part of them returned. I suggest that I keep enough so that I can deal with last minute changes or additions.
I ship Fed X or USPS Priority Mail with tracking and delivery confirmation unless you specify otherwise. If you make a request in writing at least 48 hours before the ship date, I will insure your package in whatever amount you specify, and add this to your shipping costs.
In the very unlikely event the package is lost or late through the fault of the carrier, I cannot assume responsibility for replacement, though I will work hard to redo the calligraphy portion at my normal rates in time to meet your deadline.
Accepted payment methods
I depend upon the schedules we agree on, and reserve the right to cancel and refund your deposit if your schedule changes to one I can no longer accommodate. (Note: this has never happened, and I don't expect it to!) I always work hard to be very, very flexible---brides have enough stress in their lives, and my goal is to meet your deadline if I can even when your printer does not!
I normally need about 2-weeks to accommodate your order. If you want something done more quickly, I will make every effort to meet your deadline, but may need to charge a $35 rush fee if my schedule is full. I will let you know in advance if this is the case.
Payment in full is due before your job is shipped.
