I will do my best to make your etsy experience a positive one. I try to honestly describe and photograph my paintings and artwork to the best of my ability. Please keep in mind that monitor colors and settings may result in the artwork appearing differently on different monitors. I do try to represent all of my items as true to color as possible. I have been selling my artwork online for nearly 10 years and customer service and quality merchandise is very important to me.

Please contact me to arrange payment within 3 days from the sale of the item. If a good-faith effort to make payment is not made within 7 days, the item will be relisted.

I do my best to provide quality packaging for each painting to ensure against damage. But, should something arrive broken, please contact me within the first 3 days of receiving your item so that arrangements can be made for reimbursement from the shipping couriers.

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact me within 3 days of receiving your item so that I can rectify the problem or make arrangements to exchange or refund your purchase.

PAYMENT METHODS:

I accept the following forms of payment: PayPal, Money Order, Personal Check, Cashier's Check. Personal checks will require 7-10 days clearance before item ships.

Paypal is an online payment service that is used by many online merchants. Paypal is the quickest form of payment and it will allow me to ship your items faster. If you do not have a Paypal account, please click here https://www.paypal.com/us/mrb/pal=Z9VZ7MRTQT4YL to register for a paypal account.
Shipping
SHIPPING and HANDLING:

Most items will ship via USPS First-Class Mail or USPS Priority mail. Smaller, lightweight items (pendants, ACEO single tiles, prints) will likely ship via USPS First-Class mail. Multiple tiles, original paintings and other heavier shipments will ship via USPS Priority Mail, or UPS depending on overall size. If payment is made via paypal, an email will be sent confirming shipment and delivery confirmation information.

Expedited shipping may be available on some items if they meet the couriers size restrictions. Please contact me if you like to have special, expedited shipping options added to your transaction. Expedited fees will apply.

International rates will vary. International bidders please inquire on shipping rates before bidding. I have added a few "everywhere else" fees in my listing to give an idea of the international rates for some items. But, actual international rates may differ depending on the 'ship to' location.

I am available to do commissioned paintings. Please contact me if you are interested in commissioning a painting similar to one that you might have seen in my etsy storefront. I generally put smaller, easy-to-ship, paintings in my storefront, but I am happy to work on larger-scale paintings as well. Please contact me for additional information.
