I purchased this for my 10 year old granddaughter for Valentines day. It is perfect! Like many girls, she loves pink, and hearts. It's just the right size. Not dainty, but she's almost as tall as me at about 5 feet. I'm sooooo excited to give it to her!

Welcome, please read carefully before making a purchase! If you have a question I have not addressed here, please ask!

Adjustments PRIOR to Shipping:

1. If you see an item you like but would like it longer or shorter, I am happy to adjust. I will adjust a necklace up to 2 inches at no additional fee. If you would like it adjusted more, I will quote you a new price. Please convo me the item you would like adjusted and the length, and I will convo back a price to you.

2. If you see a bracelet you would like adjusted, I will adjust the length up to 1 inch at no additional fee. Anything larger than 1 inch will need to be quoted a new price.

3. Because I adjust both larger at no additional fees, I will also shorten, but NOT at a discount. However, if you want a necklace shortened more than 2 inches or a bracelet more than an inch, I WILL discount and requote a new price prior to shipping.

AFTER SHIPMENT ADJUSTMENTS:

1.If you get your item and would like for it to be longer or shorter after you receive the item, I am happy to adjust it for you, but for a fee. Please convo me for an adjustment cost on your item.

2. You are responsible for the shipping cost to send it back for an adjustment AND the shipping cost for me to send it back to you PLUS any additional fees regarding the actual adjustment.

Payment
I will accept paypal and money orders at this time for payment. If paying by money order, the item will be shipped when the money order arrives.
Shipping
1. Shipment will occur typically within 2 business days but could be as long as 7 business days.

2. I will international ship using international first class only for shipping price. If you need it sooner, I need to special price shipping.

3. All items are wrapped in tissue, then rewrappedin a design tissue, then wrapped again in a clear wrap and tied. They arrive like a gift in case you want to give it! I do not use jewelry boxes at this time for shipping. All items are then mailed in a bubble envelope.

4. All items have a set price for shipping. I use a discounted shipping rate on items purchased at the same time to the SAME address. If you need items shipped to different address, you must check out each item separate and list in the notes the address to ship it to.
Refunds and Exchanges
1. If you receive an item you wish to return, I need to be notified within 48 hours for an item that either did not meet your expectations. Please email/convo me your concerns regarding the product. I consider most sales final purchases but am willing to consider exchanges.

2. If an item you purchase arrives defective, I will need pictures sent to me to show me the broken product. At that time, I will either ask for a return for repair or request you throw the item away. Each situation will be handled differently based on the condition of the arrived item.
Additional policies and FAQs
GUARANTEE:

I guarantee all my work. However, if you use your item in any way differently than intended, then I will not be able to replace. I cannot be responsible for careless behavior. If you lose an earring, I would be happy to quote a replacement cost for an individual earring.

If your item catches on something else and is lost, again, not guaranteed.

I operate my store as a business. Just as a department store or other type of store will not replace lost items, items worn, etc, I am not able to either.

CUSTOM REQUESTS

A lot of my business is done with custom orders. I would like 50% down to do a custom order with the remainder due at the time of shipping. I would like to work with you on design as well as send photos prior to shipment to make sure you are receiving what you expect.

Since we will go through several steps (pictures, emails regarding design, etc) prior to shipment, your custom order will be a FINAL SALE and will not be returnable. However, should you want additional adjustments after you receive it, it will fall under my adjustment post-shipment policies listed above.
