Each item is handmade meaning there might be an ever-so-slight variation in each piece. Because of this, I cannot offer refunds, but will happily help resolve any issues! If your package goes missing through no fault of mine own, I will offer you a 10% discount off your next purchase.
Shipping
All packages go out with shipping confirmation. I ship once a week, generally on Saturdays.
I do ship internationally. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
