Love my feather fan bouquets they turned out just the way i wanted them to! My bridemaids and gonna look so fancy walking with these fans down the aisle! This was a special request order and this shop totally hit the nail on the head! Thanks so much!
my only goal is to make buyers happy by providing unique, custom products in a timely manner. weddings are whimsical days, meant to be magical and perfect- definitely not the time for last minute surprises. every design i create includes photos before shipment to ensure each bride's complete satisfaction. custom orders include regular communication and photos as each piece is being hand created. with worries gone, all you have to do is enjoy!

Refunds and Exchanges
Returns are only accepted if damage occurs from the post office. if damage does occur during shipping, a claim with be filed with the post office and reimbursement will be provided once the claim has processed through usps (6-10 weeks).
An order may be cancelled within 48 hours of being placed for a full refund. Cancelations made after 48 hours, are eligible for a partial refund of the selling price less cost of custom materials purchased by seller (up to 40% of amount paid)
Once an order is placed, the client will receive an email and etsy message asking if any customizations are needed from the listing photos. if seller is unable to reach the client for 2 weeks, the order will be cancelled if the buyer did not specify customizations during checkout.
Additional policies and FAQs
1. do you offer discounts on packages?
yes! there are several packages available in the shop under the “wedding packages” section, but i also offer custom packages and am able to offer great discounts, typically 10-20% less than standard listing prices.
2. how long will my order take to make?
single item purchases are typically created within 2-14 days, depending on the customizations needed. packages and multi-item production varies from 2-16 weeks. average package production is 12-16 weeks during wedding season.
3. why would it take so long?
each piece is custom made and photos are sent throughout the creation process. for each layout, the designs must be approved by the client prior to finalizing the pieces. this process can take quite a bit longer than pre-made designs since client input is needed.
additionally, package orders are filled in the order they are placed, while also factoring in wedding date. therefore, there could be a longer time before the packages are completed, especially during the busy spring and summer wedding season.
the extra time is worth the wait because you end up with designs that are absolutely perfect for you! no surprises when they arrive!
4. how far prior to my wedding should i order?
i typically recommend ordering at LEAST 12-16 weeks before you'd like everything to arrive to you if possible. see question 3 for details on production time. if your wedding is sooner than 10 weeks, please message me prior to ordering to make sure the date can be accomidated.
5. what if my package isnt ready on time?
this has never happened thus far. should a situation arrise where the package cannot be completed on time, you will be notified as soon as possible (typically same day your order is placed). you will also be notified of any delays during the production process that may cause the package to take longer (ex: changes made to designs/colors from original selections, custom materials needing to be ordered, a large number of previously placed orders, etc)
6. how are packages shipped?
packages are shipped domestically via usps priority mail, which takes 2-3 days to arrive. international packages are shipped via usps first class mail , which averages 7-20 business days, depending on destination. pieces are wrapped in bubble wrap and often separate protected containers within the larger boxes. Delivery confirmation is also provided for package tracking. Expedited shipping is available at buyer's expense.
7. do I pay upfront or make a deposit?
for most orders, payment is due at the time the order is placed. For custom packages over $400, the first half would be paid as a deposit and final payment would be due prior to shipping once final designs have been approved.
8. how do you match my wedding colors?
i use photos of your wedding colors (or color swatches) to match the colors. i have a large array of colors available and also dye feathers for custom colors. i like to also use pictures of the dresses and décor to make sure all the designs coordinate with the wedding theme.
9. i found a design I like online, but it costs a bazillion dollars. can you make a custom piece to match that will fit my budget?
yes! i’m usually able to replicate most any design for a much more reasonable price. most of the designs in my shop can also be done with adjustments to size/materials to fit specific wedding budgets.
10. how to i store the bouquets and accessories prior to the wedding? will they last?
the best part about feather bouquets is they last forever. they will be perfectly fine if stored for a month or a year! as long as the items are kept in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight, they will be perfectly fine and not fade, wilt, or fall apart. the bouquets may require "fluffing" prior to the big day and to do this, you just hold them upside down by the stems and gently shake them out.
