ORDERS
Online orders can be taken 24hrs a day, 7 days a week. Once payment has been received, I will send purchased item through Australia Post via registered mail. I will send the item within 3-5 working days of receiving payment. Someone will need to sign for the item at the receiving address in order to receive the parcel. Once payment has been received, I will send you a tracking number. The item will be insured for the cost of the item, up to the value of $100, through Australia Post.

Terms & Conditions/Postage Charges/Disclaimer/Delivery

Item(s) will be posted within 3-5 Business days, upon receipt of cleared payment.(Excluding weekends and public holidays or an unforeseen Family Emergency.)

If item has already been dispatched and you change the delivery address, it will become the responsibility of the purchaser to pay for return postage of item(s). All items must be returned in perfect condition for full refund (minus postage). Any returns will require prior written approval.

COMBINED SHIPPING FOR MORE THAN 1 ITEM IN YOUR ORDER
Currently you will need to contact me first, if you would like to order more than 1 item per purchase. You can order as many items as you like, however i will need to calculate the total shipping according to weight and size etc. If you let me know via email, i can work out the combined shipping for other items together and i will endeavour to give you a discount.

REFUNDS
Refunds will only be given for FAULTY goods. KristyBaldockDesign accepts no responsibility for LOST or DAMAGED GOODS once they leave our hands/whilst in transit.

POSTAGE AND DELIVERY
KristyBaldockDesign USES AUSTRALIA POST OR A COURIER FOR ALL DELIVERIES. AUSTRALIA POST WILL ONLY POST ITEMS UP TO A CERTAIN SIZE AND THEREFORE I MAY NEED TO USE A COURIER FOR LARGER PIECES (the couriers also have a limit so i can not guarantee that all large items
PLEASE NOTE THAT AUSTRALIA POST GENERAL CALCULATES THESE ITEMS BY THEIR CUBIC SIZE AND NOT THEIR ACTUAL WEIGHT***
When a postage fee is determined, the weight used also includes packaging as this adds to the total weight of the article in which Aust Post will charge for.

DISCLAIMER
I have used Australia Post’s online parcel calculator to obtain the amounts. These prices are subject to change at any time, by Australia Post. These postage prices are correct at the time of input.

Australia Post Terms and Conditions state that it is up to the Addressee to file a complaint if an item is damaged when you receive it. You will need to fill in a form PM26 obtained from and lodge at Australia Post, also taking the packaging along with you as evidence and the product that is damaged too. You can contact me for the REGISTERED POST TRACKING NUMBER TO TAKE ALONG to help with the investigation.

KristyBaldockDesign accepts no liability for lost, stolen or damaged items once they leave our hands, it is AUSTRALIA POST YOU WILL NEED TO CONTACT.
