Welcome, to Kroma Design Studio. My shop specializes in everything from sweet and creative accessories for any special event as well as creative solutions for your own shop.
I'm a graphic designer and mom of 2 adorable children, a 5 year-old little girl and newborn little boy; I absolutely adore my children and throwing customized parties and events for them in every little detail. Therefore, if there is anything you'd like that you do not see in my shop, please feel free to convo me to consult on a special party design you may have in mind and I can work with building a custom order exclusively for you.

My goal is to deliver what you purchased as you see it on my listing advertised; therefore, if you encounter a concern as soon as you receive your item(s), I will gladly do my best to find a solution to satisfy the problem. My goal is to make my client smile. A happy customer = A happy Seller. <3
Payment
I prefer PayPal, as the main option for payment; however, if this isn't possible then please contact me to make arrangements for sending a Money Order. Please note that I will not process or send the order until full payment is received and cleared.
Shipping
PRINTABLE PDF ELECTRONIC FILES:
Printable PDF files are all sent electronically to the email account associated with your Etsy account, within 3 - 5 business days. Please note, that Saturdays and Sundays do NOT count as business days. Therefore, if you order on a Friday, you may not receive your order until Wednesday - Friday of the following week. PAPERGOOD PRODUCTS:
All our products get shipped via USPS Priority Mail, after the turnaround printing time. Printing time may vary, depending the nature of your product; therefore, please contact me prior to ordering if you are running on a tight deadline.
