* I ship WORLDWIDE from my design studio in Ternopil, Ukraine
* USA orders are shipped from USA warehouse ( if in stock )
If shipped from Ukraine:
To ship international orders I use registered airmail from Ukraine - Ukrposhta.
Terms & Delivery time:
International deliveries typically take 8-14 Business Days to most countries. Please allow up to 21 Business Days for Customs regulations.
Transit time may vary depending on your location and customs processing, so I can’t guarantee the exact arrival time.
If shipped from USA:

To ship orders within USA I use standard mail from the warehouse in Minneapolis. Let me know if you wish an expedited shipment.

How to buy and pay?
I accept only PayPal and credit cards.

Refunds and Exchanges for Europe
All items must be return in original conditions without any physical changes with all of its components. I do not refund payment for delivery, only the cost of the product. You will get the money back after the package is returned to the seller. While returning parcel, please give the seller a track number.
If you have made payment but decided to cancel the order (before the order was made and sent), you will also be refunded a sum, except for above-mentioned commission fee 15%, as the cancellation took place due to no fault of the seller. There is non-refundable 15% fees.
If your package mark as ''unclaimed'', it may be resend, or you may get refund (excluding shipping costs and non-refundable fees).
