A Katy and her Squid
KT and the Squid was born in November of 2009. I started my Etsy shop selling finished crochet hats. In November 2012 I discovered I LOVE designing and haven't looked back.
My specialty is women's garments. My goal is to design flattering clothing that;s simple enough for the novice crocheter.
The name KT and the Squid came by accident. When my first daughter was born my husband nicknamed her Squid. Imagine a newborn baby...You get it. When I named my business in 2009 it was just me and the Squid at home so I found it fitting. I figured I'd change it later but it stuck. As time went on I realized it was perfect.

All items come from a smoke free home.

Please understand you are purchasing a pattern and NOT a finished item. This is stated in ALL listings as well as several other places in my shop. You have been warned. :)
Yarns: If you are not 100% satisfied please let me know within 14 days of receiving your yarn. I will gladly refund your order. A refund will be issued once I receive the returned yarn. All returned yarns must be in original condition and free of any odors.
Payment
Physical items will not ship until payment has cleared.
Orders for patterns can not be canceled or refunded.
Shipping
If for some reason an updated PDF needs to be sent I can only send it to the email that is listed on the original receipt.
Physical items will ship via USPS within 3 business days of receiving payment. I am not responsible for any additional international fees. I am not responsible for any lost packages. I will provide you with tracking and you will have to contact your post office if there is an issue. Please make sure your shipping address is correct. I can NOT stop a package after it has been shipped!
Additional policies and FAQs
Sharing patterns and using my photos without my permission WILL result in legal action.
If you choose to sell items from my patterns online design credit is not required.
Resale of KT and the Squid handmade items on Etsy or any other website is NOT permitted.
