1) Returns and/or exchanges are processed on a case-by-case-basis and are available for damaged goods only.

Please make your payments within three day if you use paypal, 10 days if by money order.
Minnesota residents must pay 6.5% sales tax.

Item are shipped within three days of receiving payments. I work over nights and don't always see a sale until the next day. I ship first class mail with delivery confirmation. or USPS.
Most items arrive in four of five business days, if in the continental US.
If you want your KZ item shipped overnight or any other way, feel free to contact me and I will get you the correct shipping cost.


INFO FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

1) I gladly ship anywhere in the world!

2) International orders are shipped via First Class International (USPS) which at this time, offers no tracking. I cannot be held responsible for pacakges that are lost once they leave the US. However if you would like an upgrade to Priority or Global International please feel free to inquire about the costs.

3) Please note: International customers are responsible for any and/or all Customs fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping & purchasing to their respective countries, should they be assessed. Most country's Customs agencies open and/or assess fees to a random selection of packages. Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country's tax regulations. I have no way of calculating how much these fees would be, should they occur, and I am not responsible for those charges. For any additional information please refer to your local customs agency.
