Announcement   Thanks for stopping by my shop!

If you live in the Jacksonville area, please convo me before purchasing- I would be happy to save shipping costs and arrange a local pickup.

Love bikes? If so, please visit my new shop section called "velo-love" for bicycle themed accessories and pottery!

*****Update regarding waxed canvas tool rolls*****
I'm in the process of procuring pre-waxed canvas or other type of fabric, and I currently do not have any hand-waxed tool rolls for sale on my site. I will list my new waxed tool rolls when I'm able to source a suitable fabric. Please email me at koula (dot) redmond (at) gmail (dot) com if you are interested in a waxed tool roll.

About

making my daydream a reality

I've been making pottery for more than 12 years, and making art for a living has been a daydream of mine for as long as I can remember. With this shop, that daydream is quickly turning into reality. I've learned quite a bit about operating my own business in the last few years, and I love that it hasn't gotten old yet!

In addition to making things, I love riding bikes. Please visit my "Velo-Love" section of my shop for your handmade bike-y accessory needs!

Thank you for your interest in my work. I enjoy making functional art that can be used on a daily basis. I think using handmade goods brings a little whimsy and something special to every day life.

Accepted payment methods

  • Accepts Etsy gift cards
  • Other Method
Payment
I accept Paypal and am very open to making trades with other fellow artists.

*Please note that if you are using a Paypal Debit Card (like a check), I must wait for your check to clear before shipping your package.

Please pay for your item within 3 days of purchasing it. If you cannot do this because of Paypal issues or other reasons, please convo or email me and let me know so we can work something out!
Shipping
I ship items within 3 business days of received payment. I'll put up a shop announcement if I'm away, and I will contact you if for any reason I can not ship that quickly.

I use the US Postal Service and FedEx for shipping, depending on what you're ordering. Typically it takes between 4 days (within the Continental US) to two weeks (Europe) from the date shipped to receive your package. The price of shipping includes insurance. When economical, I use flat-rate boxes to ship to you.

*PLEASE NOTE*
I recycle boxes, packing peanuts, and bubble wrap whenever possible so the stuff protecting your pottery may not look totally fresh, but is structurally protective.

*If you live in the Northeast Florida/Jacksonville area, we can work something out regarding the arrangement of a pickup, if you prefer! Please convo me before you buy and we can iron out the details, and so that I can remove the shipping cost. If you live in the Jacksonville Urban Core area, I can probably deliver your goods by bicycle.
Refunds and Exchanges
All sales are final. If your package is damaged in shipment, please email or convo me and we can work out an exchange or refund.
Additional policies and FAQs
The care of ceramic goods is pretty simple. My functional pieces are microwave & dishwasher safe***. The main thing that causes harm to pottery is extreme temperature change, which can cause cracking or breaking. Avoid, for example, pouring out hot coffee then rinsing the cup with wintery-cold water.

All of my glazes are lead-free and food safe.

***The only pieces I make that are not microwave safe are those that use gold luster glaze-- this glaze contains real gold! If your piece has gold details on it, don't microwave it.
