Kupukupu is a small firm that makes handmade homewares and clothes with natural materials, clean designs and with lots of care in their confection.
I make all the pieces that I sell in a little studio that I have in my home in Barcelona, one at a time. I'm not a stock of production, I sew every piece when you order it, so I can adapt the design to your petitions.
This kind of confection takes time, so it takes a little bit of time to receive your order. Please, contact me for a specific date of shipping and if you need a rush production.

Accepted payment methods
I accept payments through PayPal, but is not necessary have a PayPal account for paying through it. You can pay with credit/debit card. At the moment, I don't accept any other kind of payment method.
I don't usually have problems with the deliveries, but sometimes something may happen. If, unfortunately, one of your orders undergoes a problem I just ask you, please, to have some patience. because these things may take more time than we would like.
If you don't receive your order in the estimated time, I'll contact Correos España to find out what has happened.
If they tell me that the parcel has been delivered, I'll make a complaint and I wait to know what has happened in order to refund your money back or send your order again.
If they confirm me that the item has been lost, you have the choice to ask for your money back or to send you new homewares as soon as I can, assuming all the charges.
The times of delivery change depending on the destination. Europe destination takes approximately a week. USA, Canada, Australia and Asia between 1 and 3 weeks. Please contact me if you need more information about this.
Refunds and Exchanges
If there are some fault in the confection, I'll be happy to refund your money or change the homewares for new ones, assuming all the shipping costs.
If you are simply not happy with your purchase I'll refund your money after you send it to me and I receive it, without hard feelings.
All the custom order won't be refunded or changed, unless there is some fault in the confection.
In all the cases, I'll refund your money, after getting the housewares back and checking them, including the back and forth shipping costs.
In all the cases, I only accept changes or returns two weeks after you receive your order.
Additional policies and FAQs
I recommend to wash all the homewares with a delicate program washer machine and don't use the dryer. That helps to keep the fabric and colors longer as new.
PACKAGED AND PRESENTS
I like to take care of all the details, so I send all the homewares with a careful packaging. I will be very happy for you to buy my stuff to make a gift and I'll be glad to include a postcard with a specific message, without additional charges.
Discounts are always very welcome, so I try to offer them as many times as I can.
I always offer a 5% off for Facebook fans, just by clicking the 'Like' button of my front page and ask me about the code you need to take advantage of the discount.
For any reorder I offer a 10% off and I make important discounts for multiples orders. Please, contact me if you are thinking of buying a lot of pieces in one order.
Also, I often make strut deals for Facebook fans.
