Care instructions
All acrylic charms have protective film, causing it to appear frosty. Once film is peeled, charm should appear clear.
Weatherproof stickers are water resistant (I can run it under tap water no problem) but are not 100% waterproof. Recommended for use on waterbottles, notebooks, laptop, etc. Not recommended as outdoor stickers (eg. for your car). Submersion is not recommended.
Is tracking included?
There is no tracking for orders with only stickers, they will be shipped as letters.
For packages with acrylic charms or phone grips:
- Tracking is included for packages to USA and most international destinations*.
- No tracking for Canada, but upgrade is available at checkout.
*Some countries are not available for tracking, and will ship through Canada Post small packets with no tracking (eg. Philippines, Africa, etc.)

How often are packages shipped?
Your order will typically ship 1-3 weeks after it's placed depending on my order queue. I work full time and usually only pack on the weekends.
Do you accept returns/refunds/exchanges?
All sales are final. Please contact me with your order number and photos if you encounter any issues with your order.
I do not accept unsolicited mail to the return address listed on your package. You must contact me first for permission.
Shipping Terms & Conditions
Please make sure your address, contact number, and any important information are correct and complete. Buyers will shoulder shipping and return costs if orders are returned or abandoned due to incorrect/incomplete address. Buyers will shoulder any customs/VAT/import taxes required upon receiving the items, it is illegal for me to lower the declared values.
I, as the seller/store, cannot be responsible for packages misplaced, lost, or damaged by courier services. Delivery issues should be reported to your local courier service. Please contact me if you would like to purchase shipment insurance.
