About
One man's trash is another man's treasure
My vintage silverware jewelry making business actually started with my husband. Thinking I would like to have one of those cool spoon rings everyone was wearing, I talked him into learning how to make them. After many YouTube videos and more supplies than I want to admit we purchased, it turns out they aren't as easy to make as they look. What remained was a big drawer of old silverware that needed a purpose. I tried stamping, bending, drilling and a bunch of other stuff before deciding my spoons could use something different than what I had seen other places. They needed an image! After lots of trial and error, melted silverplate, and photos gone bad, I created a process that looks like old tin type photography. Vintage images on silverplate hammered and textured spoons, some to wear, some to carry. I hope each of my pieces will be enjoyed by the one wearing them as much as making it has been enjoyed by me.

I live on a farm in Clark County, Ohio, with my husband and our four very active kids. I love to create things using stuff which would otherwise be discarded. Everything you see in my shop has been designed and created by me. I hope you'll enjoy!

*International orders please note - I send all international orders first class international mail. Due to customs, it can take up to several weeks to receive your order. I have no control over this. The tracking number you receive when I ship your item will assist you in tracking your package.
If a package is returned to me due to the fact that it is undeliverable to your address or because of another postal issue, you will need to purchase a new label to have it resent. Please contact me if this occurs and I will send you the listing to have it resent.
