I accept Paypal, Etsy Direct Checkout and Etsy Gift Cards for all purchases. You do not need a PayPal account to use PayPal and all major credit or debit cards are accepted. Both PayPal and Etsy handle your credit and debit card details, these are not seen by me at any time.

Please note that PayPal e-cheques can take up to 14 working days to clear. No order will be dispatched until the cleared payment is received. 

Most items shown in my shop are ready to ship and are normally shipped within 3 days of cleared payment. If there is any delay to this shipping estimate, I will contact to you discuss.

I post within the UK using Royal Mail using the service suitable for the order. For orders outside the UK, I use an International delivery service that is tracked and signed for a single flat-rate charge.

The order will be sent to the address given on Etsy at the time of placing the order and buyers are responsible for ensuring the correct address is given. Buyers are responsible for the payment of any import or customs fees in their country. Please be aware that international post is currently taking longer than usual to arrive and may take up to 4 weeks.

All purchases will be carefully wrapped and posted in padded envelopes or boxes.

I will contact the buyer when the purchase is made and again when the order has been posted, along with any tracking information.

I am happy to accept commissions and small adjustments to existing items, such as resizing or changing gemstones, for an additional charge.

In requirement with UK law all sterling silver jewellery over 7.78g will be hallmarked by the London Assay Office with my makers mark.

All items are made and shipped from the UK, and subject to the jurisdiction of an English court.

Privacy Policy in compliance with GDPR:

When you place an order via Etsy, you provide me with personal information (which you authorised Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. If you contact me directly you may also provide me with additional personal information, for a custom order, for example.

All payments are handled by Paypal or Etsy Checkout and I have no access to the financial information you input onto these payment processing sites.

I use the information I am given by you to process your order and/or contact you about your order or any enquiry you have made. I will use your information only as necessary to comply with my obligations under the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use.

Your information will not be sold, exchanged or given to anyone else without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering your order or service you have requested. I may share part of your personal information with delivery providers as part of your order processing.

I will retain information about your order as long as necessary to comply with tax laws, disputes, or for legal reasons. Information held on my computer is password protected and is not held on a shared computer.
