Can I return my item?
Yes! If you're not happy with your purchase for some reason, please contact me to begin a resolution. If you'd still like to return the item, please mail it back to us. For acrylic products, once the protective plastic film has been peeled off, the item is non-returnable.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
My package didn't arrive. What now?
All packages are shipped through USPS, with a tracking number by default. Once a package has been marked as shipped by USPS, we can no longer take responsibility for lost or stolen packages, so please keep an eye out for your package with the delivery date rolls around! Anything that happens to your package during the shipping process is unfortunately out of our control.
Despite that, we'll do our best to replace packages if we're able to, so please don't hesitate to contact us! We'll do our best to make it right.
